Schließlich besteht die Gefahr, daß sich einzelne Drähte der Leiter während der Herstellung beim Einführen in die Bohrungen der hohl­zylindrischen Anschlußstifte verbiegen und verkanten, so daß sie von der fertigen Steckerbrücke nach außen ab­stehen. Wird dies nicht bemerkt, so kann es vorkommen, daß beim abschließenden Umspritzen der Steckerbrücke die abstehenden Einzeldrähte durch die Oberfläche des Schutz­kontaktsteckers hindurchragen oder so nahe zur Außenseite hin liegen, daß bei der Handhabung ein Erdschluß entsteht.The manufacture and design of the safety plug are subject to strict requirements and regulations. Ist das brückenartige Formteil 30 letztlich auf die Anschlußstifte 16 der Stromleiter aufgesetzt, so können - wie beim Schutzleiter - auch die Leitungs­enden der Stromleiter sicher und problemlos eingeführt werden. Ist das Formteil 21 für den Anschlußstift 16 des Schutzleiters nur seitlich über Stützfüße 22 abgestützt - dies entspricht der zeichnerischen Darstel­lung - so ist das brückenartige Formteil 30 auf der dem Schenkel 12 zugewandten Seite mittig von der Kon­sole 33 und auf der anderen Seite über ein voneinander beabstandetes Paar von Stütznasen 22 aufgeständert. Innerhalb dieses Breitenbereichs rastet das brückenarti­ge Formteil 30 unter dem anderen - an die Steckerbrük­ke angespritzten Formteil 21 ein. Zum besseren Einfü­gen bzw. Einführen des brückenartigen Formteils 30 ist an der Konsole 33 eine entsprechende Schräge 34 vor­gesehen (vgl. Dieser besteht - wie in Fig. 2 darge­stellt - aus einem Steckerkopf, hinter dem sich die ge­nannten Elemente verbergen und der über die Kontakt­stifte 15 in eine Netzsteckdose gesteckt werden kann. 1. Schutzkontaktstecker für an eine Netzsteckdose anschließ­bare elektrische Geräte,
mit einer im wesentlichen U-förmigen Steckerbrücke zur Aufnahme und Fixierung von hohlzylindrischen Anschluß­stiften für die Stromleiter und den Schutzleiter einer Verbraucherleitung im offenen Bereich des U, und zur Aufnahme der galvanisch mit dem Anschlußstift der Strom­leiter verbundenen Kontaktstifte am Boden des U, wobei die Leiterenden der Verbraucherleitung endseitig abisoliert in die Anschlußstifte gesteckt und mit die­sen, insbesondere über eine Crimpverbindung, verbunden sind, und wobei die Steckerbrücke gemeinsam mit einem Endstück der Verbraucherleitung in einer Spritzform mit insbesondere weichelastischem Kunststoff umspritzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens einem der Anschlußststifte (16, 19) ein Formteil (21, 30) mit einem konischen Durchgangsloch (23, 32) vorgesetzt ist, wobei der kleinere Lochdurch­messer auf der Stirnseite der Anschlußstifte (16, 19) aufliegt, und wobei die Materialstärke des Formteil (21, 30) zumindest im Bereich der Durchgangslöcher (23, 32) so gewählt ist, daß beim Einführen der abiso­lierten Leiterenden etwa umgebogene Einzeldrähtchen innerhalb des entsprechenden Durchgangslochs (23, 32) zu liegen kommen.
