Eine Vielzahl von durch Öffnungen im Hohlraum in das erste saug­fähige Material eingreifenden Zinken aus einem zweiten saugfähigen Material steht mit dem den flüssigen Stoff speichernden ersten saugfähigen Material im Hohlraum in Ka­pillarverbindung. Dadurch kann der flüssige Stoff über die Spitzen und Seitenflächen der Zinken auf die Haare und vor allem die Haut aufgetragen werden.
