Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding device for molded parts and / or mats made of ceramic fiber material, which are fastened to the inside of the metallic furnace shell of an industrial furnace, consisting of rod-shaped metallic anchors, in particular made of steel, which are held on the metallic furnace shell and engage in the mats and / or shaped parts which carry ceramic abutments on their end parts facing the inside of the furnace, which act on the inside of the mats and / or moldings and which clamp the latter against the metallic furnace shell.
- a bracket of this type is known from DE-OS 32 28 319, the ceramic Abutment is also designed to hold heating elements.
- the anchor is made of steel, while the approximately cup-shaped or approximately bell-shaped abutment is made of refractory ceramic.
- the steel anchors connected to the metallic furnace shell are also heated considerably when the industrial furnace is heated to operating temperature, for example 1100 ° C., and on the one hand dissipate heat to the metallic furnace shell, and the greater the larger the Cross section of the anchor is chosen.
- the heating of the steel anchors the heating of the anchors decreasing from their end parts aimed towards the furnace interior to the metallic furnace part, leads in the free end parts of the anchors to a considerable reduction in their flexural strength, so that the free anchor end parts under the load of them supported furnace lining elements made of ceramic fiber materials that constantly shrink due to heating, bend downwards, so that joints inevitably result above the furnace lining elements, which allow the furnace heat to be radiated directly onto the metallic furnace shell.
- the object of the invention is to improve a holding device of the type described in the preamble of claim 1 such that a considerable increase in the bending strength of the anchor can be achieved without having to increase the cross section of the anchor, which increases the heat dissipation via the anchor to metallic furnace jacket would result.
- the solution to this problem is characterized in that the anchors are arranged thermally insulating and stiffening, fireproof ceramic extensions to the ceramic abutments towards the metallic furnace jacket.
- the anchors are shielded on the one hand by the extensions made of ceramic in their most endangered, that is to say, the most highly heated, areas.
- the anchors experience a considerable amount of strength thanks to the ceramic extensions, which retain their bending rigidity even at high temperatures increase their bending strength, especially at high temperatures.
- extensions extend from the abutments to the temperature ranges of the thermally insulating furnace lining heated to operating temperature of approx. 600 ° C or less, in order to avoid scaling of the steel anchors at least to a large extent.
- the extensions end at a distance from the furnace jacket, so that heat conduction through the ceramic extensions to the metallic furnace jacket does not occur.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized by tubular profiled extensions which are penetrated and held by the anchors, so that the extensions are carried by the anchors.
- the abutments being approximately bell-shaped, the anchors with their end parts facing the furnace interior through the perforated bottoms of the approximately bells shaped abutments engage in the latter, is that the tubular profiled extensions each have a, in particular molded, axially supporting flange at the bottom of each abutment and are strained by means of the anchor to the bottom of each abutment.
- the anchors can be screwed axially into threaded bores arranged on the furnace shell, so that scaling of the screw connections, which make it difficult to loosen the brackets, is now avoided.
- an advantageous further development is characterized in that the threaded bores open into through bores in the furnace jacket, the anchors also have key attachments on their end parts facing the furnace jacket, and in that the key attachments can be actuated through the through bores in the furnace jacket.
- the bottoms of the approximately bell-shaped abutments are at least non-positively clamped between the flanges of the extensions and axially effective anchor counter bearings.
- a possibly preferred variant is characterized by abutments formed in one piece with the extensions, wherein threaded bores are preferably also arranged in the abutments formed in one piece with the extensions, into each of which an anchor is screwed in such a way that the abutments can be tightened in the direction of the furnace shell are and that key approaches are provided on the abutments.
- All embodiments have in common that a metallic furnace jacket 1, in particular made of steel, is coated on the inside with mats 2 and a large number of molded parts 3 made of ceramic fiber material arranged next to one another and one above the other.
- the armatures 4 are welded with their one end parts to the furnace jacket 1.
- An abutment 5 made of hard ceramic is detachably fastened to the free end parts of the armatures 4, which are directed towards the furnace interior, each of which has an integrally formed, circumferential, radially outwardly extending flange 6, which is axially supported on the side of a molded part 3 facing the furnace interior .
- the abutments 5 have an approximately bell-shaped shape and the anchors 4 engage with their free end parts through the perforated Bottoms 7 of the bell-shaped abutment 5 in this.
- a tubular profiled extension 8 is attached to the armature 4, which can extend into the mats 2, but end at a distance from the furnace jacket 1.
- each of the extensions 8 has an integrally formed, radially outwardly directed, circumferential flange 9.
- each extension 8 is positively supported on the inside of the abutment base 7.
- ceramic fibers and / or refractory mortar can be provided between the support points.
- the anchors 4 end with external thread zones, onto each of which a screw nut 10 is screwed, by means of which on the one hand the flange 9 to the inside of the abutment base 7 and on the other hand via the abutment 5, the molded parts 3 and Mats 2 are strained to the inside of the furnace jacket 1. Between the nut 10 and the flange 9, the clamping force on the entire surface of the flange 9 can be uniform distributing disc 11 are arranged.
- the armature 4 is designed as a cap screw, the head of which is supported on the flange 9 via a washer 11, while the screw shaft having an external thread is screwed into a threaded bore 12 of the furnace jacket 1.
- the threaded bore 12 can be formed by a threaded bushing or screw nut welded onto the furnace jacket 1. It is advantageous to provide in the furnace jacket 1 a coaxial to the threaded bore 12 through hole and at the free end of the screw shaft a key extension 13 so that the head screw can be tightened through the through hole of the furnace jacket 1.
- the flange 9 of the extension 8 is supported on the outside of the abutment bottom 7. Furthermore, a screw nut 14 is arranged on the shaft of the anchor 4 designed as a cap screw, by means of which the flange 9 of the extension 8 is clamped to the outside of the abutment base, after which the abutment base 7 is then clamped without play between the flange 9 and the head of the anchor 4 , after which a buckling of the abutment 5 is excluded from the extension 8.
- the abutment base 7 is clamped between the flange 9 of the extension 8 and a sleeve 15 made of ceramic, which has almost no play in the extension 8.
- an axially extending threaded bore 16 is provided in the extension 8, into which the armature 4 is screwed.
- the anchor 4 designed here as a threaded rod carries a screw nut 14, by means of which the sleeve 15 can be clamped to the outside of the abutment base 7 via a washer.
- a key projection 17 is formed in the free end face of the flange 9 in order to be able to screw the armature 4 into the threaded bore 12. It is advantageous if the end of the armature 4 facing the furnace jacket 1 is pointed in order to be able to easily penetrate the fiber mats 2 without having to predrill.
- an abutment 5 and an extension 8 have each been produced in one piece.
- all of the bell-shaped abutments 5 have been closed with plugs 18 made of refractory material after the mounting of the brackets.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show massive abutments 5 which are formed in one piece with the extensions 8, the extensions 8 having threaded bores 16 which open out at the end faces facing the furnace jacket 1 and into which an anchor 4 is screwed in each case.
- the abutments 5 have molded-on key attachments 17 here in order to be able to exert pulling forces on the molded parts 3 and mats 2 via the abutments 5.
- the abutment 5 and the extensions 8 preferably have circular or annular cross sections.
Abstract
Description
