Geräteträger der genannten Art, die in Meßgeräten eingesetzt sind, müssen möglichst spielfrei auf ein anderes Geräteteil ausrichtbar sein. Das gilt insbesondere für Geräteträger zur Aufnahme von Standard-Probenwechslern, Dreh- und Durchstrahl-Probenwechslern in Röntgendiffraktometern, die eine sehr genaue Ausrichtung im Strahlengang erfordern.
Das wurde bisher dadurch erreicht, daß der kreisscheibenförmige Geräteträger mit einer hochwertigen engen Passung in die kreisförmige Öffnung einer Grundplatte eingefügt und dort mittels Schrauben befestigt wurde, reproduzierbares Aus- und Einbauen des Geräteträgers war ohne wiederholte, aufwendige Justiermontage nicht möglich.Device carriers of the type mentioned, which are used in measuring devices, must be able to be aligned with another device part with as little play as possible. Claims (3)
