Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spannpratze zum Aufspannen von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Schraubstöcken auf Maschinen­tischen, mit einer im wesentlichen rechteckigen, ebenen Spannlasche, die einen sich in ihrer Längsrichtung er­streckenden Längsschlitz zum Durchtritt einer in einer T-Nut des Maschinentisches verankerbaren Spannschraube aufweist, und mit einer mit der Spannlasche mittels eines sich rechtwinklig zu deren Ebene erstreckenden Bolzens ver­bundenen, gegenüber der Spannlaschenunterseite vorstehenden und dieser gegenüber um die Achse des Bolzens verdrehbaren Widerlagerplatte.The invention relates to a clamping claw for clamping objects, in particular vices on machine tables, with an essentially rectangular, flat clamping lug, which has a longitudinal slot extending in its longitudinal direction for the passage of a clamping screw which can be anchored in a T-slot of the machine table, and with one with the tensioning plate by means of a bolt which extends at right angles to its plane and which protrudes with respect to the underside of the tensioning plate and which can be rotated relative to the axis of the bolt.

Bei einer bekannten Spannpratze dieser Art (DE-GM 73 15 457) ist der Bolzen als Schraube ausgebildet, die in einer Ge­windebohrung der Spannlasche verschraubbar ist. Auf diese Weise kann der Abstand zwischen der am unteren Ende des Bolzens drehbar angeordneten Widerlagerplatte und der Spann­lasche verändert und damit die Spannpratze der Dicke der aufzuspannenden Gegenstände angepaßt werden. Besondere Probleme bereitet jedoch das Befestigen von Spannmitteln, wie z.B. Schraubstöcken auf Bohrmaschinentischen, weil weder die Größe dieser Bohrmaschinentische noch die Anord­nung der T-Nuten genormt ist. Außerdem haben auch die Maschinenschraubstöcke die unterschiedlichsten Abmessungen. Hinzu kommt noch, daß die Maschinenschraubstöcke in den verschiedensten Stellungen in Abhängigkeit von dem Werk­stück und der Bohrspindel auf dem Bohrmaschinentisch auf­gespannt werden müssen, wobei sich wegen der geringen Größe der Bohrmaschinentische noch zusätzliche Probleme ergeben können. Mit den bekannten Spannpratzen ist es des­halb vielfach nicht möglich, den Maschinenschraubstock in der gewünschten Stellung auf dem Bohrmaschinentisch sicher festzuspannen.In a known clamping claw of this type (DE-GM 73 15 457) the bolt is designed as a screw which can be screwed into a threaded hole in the clamping lug. Die Verschiebbarkeit und die Verschwenkbarkeit der exzentrisch angeordneten Wider­lagerplatte spielt dabei eine wichtige Rolle, denn man kann auf diese Weise die Widerlagerplatte immer in eine Stellung bringen, in der sie in bezug auf die Spannschrau­be der Spannfläche am Schraubstock mehr oder weniger gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist. Es lassen sich damit Schraubstöcke auf Bohrmaschinentischen in jeder beliebigen Stellung sicher aufspannen. Sofern die T-Nut 9 in der Nähe des Randes des Maschinentisches angeord­net ist, kann die Widerlagerplatte auch in die in Figur 3 strichpunktiert dargestellte Lage gebracht werden. Erforder­lichenfalls ist es auch möglich, die Lage der Spannschraube 7 und der Widerlagerplatte 5 gegeneinander zu vertauschen.
