Abstract

The stiffening plate for insertion into folded textiles, e.g. a shirt (20), is distinguished by its construction as a flatly folded bag (10) made of rigid covering material. The stiffening plate, designed as a rigid bag (10), serves additionally as packaging material for the purchased article. Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Versteifungsplatte zum Einschub in zusammengefaltete Textilien.The invention relates to a stiffening plate for insertion into folded textiles.

Versteifungsplatten dienen dazu, Bekleidungsstücke, z.B. Oberhemden, Blusen, Schlafanzüge, sowie Bettwäsche und dergleichen, in als Verkaufseinheit gefaltetem und zusammengehaltenem Zustand so zu versteifen, daß sie als fester plattenförmiger Gegenstand gehandhabt werden können. Dies ist aus verkaufspsychologischen Gründen günstig, weil die Textilie knitterfrei erscheint und durch die Abstützung proper aussieht. In die Einschubta­sche 21 wird die einmal umgeschlagene Tüte 10 in der durch den Pfeil A in Figur 1 angedeuteten Ausrichtung eingeschoben, bis ihr Rand 18 gegen das geschlossene Ende der Einschubtasche 21 anstößt und ihr gegenüber­liegender Rand 19 nicht mehr nach außen vorsteht. Die versteifende Wirkung der vier festen Packpapierlagen der Tüte 10 genügt für eine ausreichende Versteifung des zusammengefalteten Oberhemdes 20.
