Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Badewanneneinsatz mit ei­nem Bodengestell, einer Hubplatte und dazwischen ange­ordneten Führungs- und Hubeinrichtungen, wobei die min­destens eine Führungseinrichtung zwei scherenartig mit­einander gelenkig verbundene Schwenkrahmen aufweist, die jeweils zwei koaxiale Festlager am Bodengestell bzw. der Hubplatte und zwei ebenfalls koaxiale Schiebelager an Hubplatte bzw. Bodengestell aufweisen. Die Hubplatte muß auf das Niveau des Badewannenrandes angehoben sein, wenn eine körperlich behinderte Person auf die Hubplatte gelangen will. Auch liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, eine Zugfeder z.B. in Form eines starken Gummibandes zu verwenden, das an dem, den Schiebelagern zugeordneten Schenkel eines Schwenkrah­mens befestigt wird und mit seinem anderen Ende an einem festen Punkt der Hubplatte bzw. des Bodengestells so be­festigt wird, daß die Schiebelager von ihren Festlagern weggezogen werden. Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausführung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Federanordnung eine gerade Stange aufweist, auf der eine Schraubendruckfeder angeordnet ist, die an einem Ende gegen eine Kopf der Stange drückt, welcher einen Anschlag für den Schiebela­gerbereich des Schwenkrahmens bildet und daß das andere Ende der Stange in einer Bohrung oder einem Kanal eines Befesti­gungsbeschlages axial verschiebbar geführt ist, der eine Vor­derfläche und eine Hinterfläche aufweist und sich die Bohrung bzw. der Kanal zwischen Vorder- und Hinterfläche erstreckt und daß das andere Ende der Schraubendruckfeder sich an der Vorderfläche abstützt und ein am anderen Ende der Stange vorge­sehener Fuß die Hinterfläche des Befestigungsbeschlages hinter­greift. Vorzugsweise ist die Schraubendruckfeder vorgespannt, sodaß sich auch der Fuß der Stange an der Hinterfläche des Be­festigungsbeschlages abstützt. Dieser Befestigungsbeschlag ist vorzugsweise innerhalb einer Schiene untergebracht,die auch ein Schiebelager eines Schwenkrahmens führt.Das Schiebelager bzw. ein von diesem bewegter Mitnehmer tritt somit bei der letzten Schwenkphase des Schwenkrahmens mit dem Kopf der Stange der Federanordnung in Berührung und verschiebt die Stange unter axialer Kompression der Schraubendruckfeder. Auf der Stange 40 ist eine zylindri­sche Schraubendruckfeder 46 längsverschiebbar geführt, de­ren eines Ende sich an einer auf die Stange 40 aufgeschraub­ten Mutter abstützt, die für die Stange 40 einen Kopf 48 bildet. Das andere Ende der Schraubendruckfeder 46 liegt an der Vorderfläche der die Bohrung 42 aufweisenden Quer­wand an. Die Schraubendruckfeder 46 ist mit Vorspannung eingebaut, sodaß sich eine auf das hintere Ende der Stange 40 aufgeschraubte Mutter an der Hinterfläche dieser Quer­wand abstützt. Diese Mutter bildet einen Fuß 50 der Stange 40. Badewanneneinsatz mit einem Bodengestell, einer Hub­platte und dazwischen angeordneten Führungs- und Hub­einrichtungen, wobei die mindestens eine Führungsein­richtung zwei scherenartig miteinander gelenkig verbun­dene Schwenkrahmen aufweist, die jeweils koaxiale Fest­lager am Bodengestell bzw. der Hubplatte und zwei eben­falls koaxiale Schiebelager an Hubplatte bzw. Bodenge­stell aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an min­destens einem Schwenkrahmen (18; 20) der mindestens ei­nen Führunseinrichtung (16) eine Federanordnung (36) mindestens in der letzten Schwenkphase des Schwenkrah­mens (18; 20) bei der Aufwärtsbewegung der Hubplatte (14) angreift und dabei auf diesen Schwenkrahmen (18; 20) ein seiner Schwenkbewegung entgegengesetzt wirkendes Schwenkmoment ausübt.1.
