Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a high-frequency (HF) - tight screen door, consisting of at least one door leaf with a screen plate and a door frame to which the door leaf is pivotally attached, and a contacting device for electrically conductive connection of the screen plate with one ending on the door frame Room screen when the screen door is closed.
In such a known umbrella door, a four-sided circumferential knife seal in the gap area between the door frame and the door leaf is used as the contacting device. In this known construction, however, damage to the spring contacts of the knife seal has been found. Because the rotary movement of the door leaf creates friction between the retracting and extending knife and the fixed contact springs, which is caused by the fact that the center of the hinge of the door hinge is not in one plane with the knife tip of the contact knife. Because during the turning movement, the knife tip initially describes a further path with the same radius, and until the knife tip and the center of the hinge lie in one plane, i.e. run parallel to the door frame.
The present invention is based on the object starting from the known shielding door, to improve it in such a way that the shielding achieved by the shielding door is completely retained even over a long period of use by providing a reliable and low-wear contacting device.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the shield plate is slidably fastened parallel to the door leaf level between two end positions and the end position remote from the door leaf is the closed position of the contacting device and the end position close to the door leaf is the open position of the contacting device. The invention is therefore based on the basic idea of opening or closing the contacting device independently of the pivoting movement of the door, so that there is an exclusively linear movement of the contacting means of the contacting device. According to the invention, it is therefore possible to move the contact means independently of the movement of the door leaf itself, so that the actuation of the contacting device can take place in a door position in which the contacting means are precisely aligned with one another when the door movement is completed, ie in the closed state of the door leaf , he follows. As a result, the contacting device is largely free of wear. In addition, the shielding effect of the door can be brought about independently of the closed position thereof, ie there is no inevitable shielding effect when the door is closed. Thus, the screen door according to the invention can also be used as a normal room lock. This also significantly increases the service life of the screen door according to the invention in the area of the contacting device.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, an HF-tight screen door according to the invention consists of a
Dieses zweiflügelige Türblatt besteht aus einem Standflügel 4 und einem Gangflügel 5.2 shows a screen door according to the invention which, in contrast to FIG. 1, is equipped with a double-leaf door leaf. This double-leaf door leaf consists of a
As can be seen in particular from the following figures, a screen door according to the invention sits in an opening in a
As can further be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The piston-
Offen-Stellung, wird das Schmutzschutzblech 38 versenkt oder vor die Öffnung der Kammer 22 angehoben.4 also shows the shielding of the floor door gap in the area of a between a
An alternative embodiment of the bottom gap shield is shown in FIG. 8. In dem Standflügel ist ein Treibriegel 33 vorgesehen, mit dem der Standflügel in der Türzarge und nach unten in der Bodenschwelle verriegelt wird.6 shows an embodiment of the invention for a double-leaf door, the same parts as in FIGS. 1 to 5 being identified by the corresponding reference numerals. Im übrigen sind die gleichen Teile wie in den Fig. 1 bis 4 mit denselben Bezugsziffern versehen.FIG. 7 shows an alternative embodiment of the invention for increased shielding security, two deviations from the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 4 being provided with two
The function of the door according to the invention is as follows.
The function of the single-leaf door is first described.
- 1. A limit switch, which is arranged in the door frame, reports whether the door leaf is in the correct locking position,
- 2. If the message of the limit switch is positive, the door leaf is locked by means of the
locking device 34. - 3. At the same time, depending on the message from the limit switch in the floor area, the
dirt protection strip 38 is sunk, which can be done by means of a pneumatic orhydraulic cylinder 51. - 4. After querying the pneumatic or hydraulic control, whether the
functions 1 to 3 have been listed, the shieldingplate 16 is moved forward by means of the piston-cylinder device 18 into the closed position, so that the edge web 19 (blade) into thechamber 22 with the therein springs is retracted. The shieldingplate 16 is now electrically conductively connected to theroom shield 9, and the door is shielded. - 5. In addition, it can be provided that by means of an LED on the push button indicates that the door is shielded.
The door is opened according to the following steps.
- 1. The
shield plate 16 is moved back by thecylinder piston device 18 into the open position, so that theedge web 19 is moved out of thechamber 22. - 2. After the message by a limit switch that function 1 has been carried out, the light-emitting diode on the "shield" pushbutton goes out, indicating that the shielding effect of the door has been removed.
- 3. The
dirt protection strip 38 in the floor area is moved upwards and at the same time thelocking device 34 is retracted. - 4. After completing these steps, the door can be opened by hand or with a motor drive. In order to also enable the door to be opened in the event of a failure of the hydraulic or pneumatic control, return springs 52 are arranged in the cylinders of the piston cylinder device, as a result of which the
shield plate 16 can be retracted. Return springs are also arranged in thelocking device 34, so that the door can also be opened mechanically at any time.
The two-leaf door according to FIG. 2 is closed and opened as follows.
-
The
passive leaf 4 is closed with the support of the locking and lockingdevice 37. A closing sequence controller arranged inside the passive leaf ensures that the passive leaf is always closed first. -
The passive leaf is locked by hand with a
drive bolt 33 or a bolt upwards in the door frame and downwards in the threshold. This can also be done hydraulically or pneumatically, for example. - 3. The locking bar actuates a limit switch in the closed state, which gives the pneumatic control the message that the protective device of the threshold, i. H. the dirt protection bar is lowered.
-
If the function is carried out according to 3., this is reported via a corresponding limit switch and the shield plate is moved forward by the
cylinder cylinder device 18 into the closed position, so that the edge web 19 (blade) is moved into thechamber 22. -
After
functions 1 to 4 have been carried out, active leaf 5 is closed. To ensure this, a cylinder is arranged above theactive leaf 5, which keeps the active leaf open until the pneumatic control gives the message that the functions 3rd to 4th have been carried out. - 6. Is the function performed 5. what about a If the corresponding switch is reported, the active leaf can be closed as described for the single-leaf door.
Das Öffnen der zweiflügeligen Türe erfolgt folgendermaßen:
- 1. A push button with the function "unshield active leaf" is actuated. The push button is in front of and behind each door. After pressing this push button, the active leaf is opened as described for the single-leaf door. It should be noted that the active leaf must always be opened first. For this reason, the drive bolt sits in the rebate of the door center sash profile so that it can only be operated when the active leaf is open.
- 2. The passive leaf is opened in such a way that a push button with the function "unshield the passive leaf" is pressed first. Such a push button is only arranged on the hinge side of the door. After pressing the push button, the
shield plate 16 is moved into the open position. - 3. If a corresponding limit switch is used to prevent the position according to 2. from being reached, the dirt protection strip in the threshold is moved upwards.
- 4. Then the drive bolt of the passive leaf is z. B. unlocked by hand, and the door can be opened.
The inactive leaf does not have any return springs, since in the event of a loss of pressure it must be ensured that the shield plate has moved forward so that the active leaf can be opened properly.
