Description

The invention relates to a built-in oven according to the preamble of the claim.

A built-in oven of this type is known from DE-A-2741917. In this built-in roasting oven, the vapor channel of the vapor removal device, which connects the vapor opening in the oven cavity ceiling with the vapor opening in the cooktop, has several curvatures. As a result, the stream of vapors is redirected several times on its way. This leads to a reduction in the vapor extraction speed. The result of this is that the hot vapors cool down prematurely and condense on the cooler wall surfaces of the vapors discharge duct. Another difficulty is also the coupling of the vapor discharge duct part attached to the vapor connection opening of the roasting oven muffle with the connecting part in the hob area below the worktop, since the coupling or connecting point cannot be seen from above and therefore cannot be aligned. Furthermore, the constructive and material expenditure is considerable and leads to an expensive production, which should be avoided in the case of large quantities in the consumer goods industry.

Furthermore, a vapor removal device for a built-in roasting oven is known from the Patent Abstract of Japan, Volume 8, No. 267, dated December 7, 1984, which consists of a vertical tubular cylinder which is placed on the vaporizing opening of the roasting oven and within a penetrating area of the roasting oven superstructure Shaft is guided and ends freely in the area of an opening in the top of the superstructure. This opening is covered by an outlet hood attached to the roasting oven superstructure. In this vapor removal device, the two vapor openings to be connected are arranged to correspond to one another, but in this device the access for the purpose of cleaning by the user still leaves something to be desired.

The invention has for its object to provide a vapor removal device for a built-in oven of the type in question, which on the one hand has a short flow path, so that the vapors can flow quickly and without significant cooling (condensate formation) to the outlet opening in the hob and the on the other hand, after inserting the roasting oven under the worktop and after installing the hob in the worktop, it can be easily coupled together.

The solution to this problem according to the invention can be found in the characterizing part of the patent claim.

The proposed vapor extraction device is characterized by a particularly short vapor discharge path. The connection between the cooktop and the roasting oven muffle is easy to carry out, since access is possible from above through the extraction opening in the cooktop area to align the duct part attached to the roasting oven muffle. Furthermore, the tubular sleeve which passes loosely through the hob can be removed at any time for cleaning purposes.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below with reference to this.

The drawing shows a section from the ceiling-side muffle wall of a built-in or built-in oven with the worktop arranged above it with an embedded hob and with the vapor extraction device connecting these two parts in a sectional view, as well as possible positions of the vapor opening in the hob, to which a connection can be established by aligning the vapor discharge channel is.

Ankoppelende 9 des Rohrkörpers 8 ist zweckmäßig nach außen zu erweitert, d.h. trichterartig ausgebildet.1 denotes a roasting oven muffle, which is only partially shown, and which is an integral part of a built-in or built-in oven. The walls of the roasting oven muffle 1 are surrounded by a conventional thermal insulating layer 2. In the roasting oven muffle ceiling 3, a vapor opening 4 is formed, which is expediently placed in the rear part or section of the muffle ceiling. In an extension of the vapor opening 4, a flange pipe stub 5 passing through the insulating layer 2 is attached to the roasting oven muffle ceiling 3. Above the insulating layer 2, the roaster housing cover 6 is arranged, which has a through opening 7 corresponding to the flange pipe socket 5. A tube body 8 is centered in the flange pipe socket 5, which can consist of a rigid piece of pipe or of a metal hose. The free or coupling end 9 of the tubular body 8 is expediently widened outwards, i.e. funnel-shaped.

The built-in roasting oven described is arranged below a worktop 10 which generally consists of wood-like material and covers several units of a row of kitchen furniture. A hob 11 is embedded in the worktop 10, which in the exemplary embodiment described is a glass ceramic hob with a base pan 12 which supports the hotplate heaters. In the rear part or edge area of the hob 11 and correspondingly in the floor pan 12, a vapor opening 13 or 13 'is formed. Through these openings, a loose tubular sleeve 14 can be inserted from above, which penetrates the depth of the hob 11 and can be brought into coupling engagement with the funnel-like coupling end 9 of the tubular body 8 on the roasting oven muffle ceiling 3. The tubular sleeve 14 has a support edge 15 which is supported on the top of the hob 11 Pipe sleeve 14 can also be equipped with a mushroom-like cover cap provided with appropriate vapor outlet openings.

Because the coupling of the tubular body 8 with the tubular sleeve 14 can be carried out practically in the vertical direction, the shortest vapor path between the hob 11 and the roasting oven muffle 1 is produced. Furthermore, the corresponding arrangement of the openings 13, 13 'in the hob 11 and the tubular body 8 allows a visible engagement from the top of the hob 11 and thus aligning the tubular body 8 with respect to the openings 13, 13'. Thus, tolerances can be compensated for both in the most diverse cooktops as well as in the positions of the tubular body 8 which deviate from the vertical, and these are brought into coincidence with the openings 13, 13 'in the cooktop 11, so that a reliable and thus safe coupling of the openings 13 in the openings is always made , 13 'insertable loose tubular sleeve 14 with the tubular body 8 is ensured.
