Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ramme zum Innen-Rammen von Rohren wie beispielsweise Schutz- oder Leitungsrohre.The invention relates to a ram for ramming pipes such as protective or conduit pipes.
Das Einrammen von nachfolgend als Vortriebsrohr bezeichneten Rohren erfordert in aller Regel eine Startgrube bzw. einen Startschacht, in dem Ramme und Vortriebsrohr vorbereitet werden. Um die Abmessungen der Startgrube zu verringern, ist es durch die deutsche Gebrauchsmusterschrift 87 07 158 bekanntgeworden, die Ramme nicht mehr mit ihrer Schlagspitze direkt oder mittels eines Rammaufsatzes in das rückwärtige Rohrende eingreifen zu lassen, sondern in dem Vortriebsrohr anzuordnen. Auf diese Weise wird die erforderliche Länge der Startgrube im wesentlichen lediglich von der Länge des Vortriebsrohres bestimmt.The ramming of pipes referred to below as jacking pipes generally requires a starting pit or a starting shaft in which the ram and jacking pipe are prepared. Damit sich das Vortriebsrohr einrammen läßt, ist die bekannte Innenramme von einem in dem Vortriebsrohr angeordneten Hüllrohr umschlossen, wobei die kegelförmige Schlagspitze der Ramme formschlüssig in einen an dem in Vortriebsrichtung vorderen Ende des Hüllrohres angeordneten Innenring eingreift, so daß sich die Schubkraft der Ramme über die entweder bewegliche oder mit dem Rammengehäuse starr verbundene Schlagspitze auf den Innenring und damit das umhüllende Rohr überträgt. Zum Umlenken der auf das Hüllrohr übertragenen Schubkraft und zum Umsetzen als Vortriebskraft für das Vortriebsrohr, befindet sich ein Außenkragen an dem in Richtung des Vortriebs hinteren Ende des Hüllrohres, der sich an die rückwärtige Stirnseite des Vortriebsrohres anlegt; die Schubkraft wird somit über den Innenring, das Hüllrohr und den Außenkragen auf das Vortriebsrohr umgelenkt. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß das rückwärtige Ende der Ramme mit dem in Vortriebsrichtung hinteren Ende des Vortriebsrohres vorzugsweise formschlüssig verbunden ist, wozu sich das rückwärtige Ende der Ramme vorteilhaft mit einem sich zur Vortriebsrichtung verjüngenden Ansatz versehen läßt. Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung des beispielsweise verdickten rückwärtigen Endes der Ramme bzw. des Rammengehäuses mit dem hinteren Ende des Vortriebsrohres wird die Schubkraft der Ramme direkt, d.h. ohne Umlenkung als Vortriebskraft in das Vortriebsrohr eingeleitet. Dazu bedarf es weder eines die Ramme zusätzlich umhüllenden, außerdem mit einem Kragen versehenen Rohres, noch einer das Vortriebsrohr mit der Ramme zur Vermeidung von Prallschlägen kuppelnden Spanneinrichtung.According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the rear end of the ram is preferably positively connected to the rear end of the jacking tube in the direction of advance, for which purpose the rear end of the ram can advantageously be provided with a tapering approach to the direction of advance.
