Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Laugenbehälter für Waschmaschinen o. dgl. mit einem im wesentlichen hohlzylinderförmigen über eine Vorder- bzw. Rückwand zumindest teilweise dichtend verschlossenen Grundkörper zur Aufnahme einer Wäschetrommel, mit in axialer Richtung am Außenmantel des Grundkörpers angeordneten Traversen mit Verbindungsmitteln für Federn und/oder Dämpfer, mit einem Lagerkreuz zur drehbaren Lagerung der Wäschetrommel und mit mindestens einem Ausgleichsgewicht.The invention relates to a tub for washing machines o / or damper, with a bearing cross for rotatably supporting the laundry drum and with at least one counterweight.

Bei einem gattungsgemäßen Laugenbehälter (DE-OS 27 04 498) sind an der Vorder- und Rückwand Tragringe angeordnet, die über die Traversen verbunden sind. Mit den Tragringen sind Armenden des Lagerkreuzes und ein Antriebsmotor für die Trommel verbindbar. Durch die Anordnung der Tragringe wird eine Entlastung des aus hochwertigem Material bestehenden Laugenbehälters angestrebt, so daß dessen Grundkörper sowie die Vorder- und die Rückwand mit geringerer Wanddicke vorgesehen werden können. Für die Befestigung der Vorder- oder Rückwand mit zugeordneten Tragringen an dem Grundkörper ist jeweils ein Spannband vorgesehen, das einen Teil des Behältermantels sowie Außenränder der Vorder- bzw. Rückwand und der Tragringe umgreift. Der bekannte Laugenbehälter weist eine Vielzahl von Teilen auf und erfordert somit einen großen Aufwand beim Herstellen und beim Montieren dieser Teile. Bei dem bekannten Laugenbehälter handelt es sich um eine sogenannte Korsett-Konstruktion, bei dem der Grundkörper im wesentlichen die Funktion hat, während des Waschens eine Waschlauge aufzunehmen. Die Kraftübertragung der von der Wäschetrommel kommenden dynamischen Kräfte, wie bspw. Unwuchtkräfte, in ein Gehäuse der Waschmaschine erfolgt im wesentlichen über die Tragringe zu den Traversen, die mit dem Grundkörper nur über die Tragringe verbunden sind. Von den Traversen werden die Kräfte über Federn und Dämpfer in das Gehäuse geleitet. Ohne daß es einer Korsett-Konstruktion mit einer großen Teilevielfalt bedarf,kann somit die Wanddicke des Laugenbehälters relativ dünn bemessen sein, weil Kräfte sowohl über den Grundkörper als auch über die Traversen übertragbar sind. Durch die zweite Anschlußmittel und mindestens ein ringförmig ausgebildetes Ausgleichsgewicht wird der Laugenbehälter versteift. Von dem Ausgleichsgewicht ausgehende sowie von der Trommel auf das Lagerkreuz übertragene Kräfte werden über die Traverse und gleichzeitig über deren Verbindung mit dem Grundkörper durch diesen übertragen. Da die Traversen mit dem Grundkörper zumindest bereichsweise verbunden sind, ergibt sich eine Verteilung der in den Grundkörper geleiteten Kräfte, so daß örtliche Kraft- und daraus resultierende Spannungsspitzen vermieden sind. Die Traversen 11, 13 sind als Blechprofilteile im wesentlichen U-förmig geformt und bspw. durch Punktschweißen über die Länge des Grundkörpers 3 mit diesem verbunden. Die Traversen 11 weisen als Verbindungsmittel 15 für Federn halbkreisförmige Öffnungen auf. Als Verbindungsmittel für Dämpfer weist jede Traverse 13 Querstege 17 auf. Die als Blechformteile herstellbaren Halteelemente 41 haben jeweils eine in einer Senkrecht zur Achsrichtung liegenden Ebene verlaufende Anlagefläche 43 für entsprechend an dem Ausgleichsgewicht 39 ausgebildete Haltelaschen 45, die in das Ausgleichsgewicht 39 integrierbar sind. Zur Befestigung des Ausgleichsgewichts 39 an den Halteelementen 41 sind die Haltelaschen 45 mit diesen über eine Schraube 47 verschraubbar. Im Anschluß an die Anlagefläche 43 weisen die Halteelemente 41 jeweils eine Seitenwand 49 auf, die zumindest bereichsweise mit der Vorderwand 5 bspw. durch Schrauben oder Schweißen verbindbar ist. Es ergibt sich somit eine versteifte Verbindung für das Ausgleichsgewicht 39, das geschlossen ringförmig ausgebildet ist und somit selbst eine hohe Steifigkeit aufweist. Durch die hohe Steifigkeit des Ausgleichsgewichtes 39 und dessen Verbindung mit den Traversen 11, 13 ergibt sich auch eine Versteifung der benachbarten Bereiche der Vorderwand 5 und des Grundkörpers 3.The cross members 11, 13 have the second connecting means 37 axially opposite the first connecting means 23, via which a counterweight 39 can be connected. Zusammen mit dem geschlossen ringförmig ausgebildeten Ausgleichsgewicht 39 auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Grundkörpers 3 sind die ersten und zweiten Anschlußmittel 23 bzw. 37 der Traversen 11, 13 versteifend jeweils miteinander verbunden, so daß Kräfte von dem Ausgleichsgewicht 39 bzw. dem Lagerkreuz 19 gut auf die Traversen 11, 13 übertragbar sind. In die Traversen 11, 13 eingeleitete Kräfte, die bspw. durch eine Unwuchterregung der Trommel 21 hervorgerufen sein können, werden ausgehend von den Verbindungsmitteln 15, 17 über Federn bzw. Dämpfer in das Gehäuse weitergeleitet. Durch die Verbindung der Traversen 11, 13 mit dem Grundkörper 3 trägt dieser teilweise zur Übertragung der Kräfte von der Trommel 21 in das Gehäuse bei. Die Abmessungen der Traversen 11, 13 und die Wanddickedes Grundkörpers 3 können dabei so aufeinander abgestimmt werden, daß ein stabiles, wirksames Tragverhalten bei relativ geringer Wanddicke des Grundkörpers 3 sowie der Vorder- und Rückwand 5, 9 erreichbar ist. Bedingt durch diegeringe Teilevielfalt und den leichten Ein- und Ausbau der Trommel 21 zusammen mit dem Lagerkreuz 19 und der Rückwand 9 ist die Herstellung und Montage des erfindungsgemäßen Laugenbehälters 1 einfach und in zumindest teilweise automatisierter Weise möglich.     the transverse members (11, 13) are connected at least locally to the main body (3) and comprise first connection means (23) for the supporting cross (19) and second connection means (37) for at least one ring-shaped balancing weight (39).

    the balancing weight (39) has a closed ring-shaped construction.

    the first and/or the second connection means (37) comprise portions which extend axially beyond the main body (3).

    the main body (3) comprises a portion which can be connected to the first or the second connection means (23).
  5. A tub as claimed in any one of the Claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that
    the first and/or the second connection means (23) have openings for the passage of fixing screws (23).
  6. A tub as claimed in any one of the Claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    the first and/or second connection means (37) comprise retaining elements (41) which can be connected to the front wall (5) and/or the rear wall (9).
  7. A tub as claimed in any one of the Claims 1 to 6,
    characterised in that
    mounting portions (25) of the supporting cross (19) which can be connected to the first connection means (23) are shaped as arcs of a circle and the front wall (5) or the rear wall (9) can be secured between the mounting portions (25) and the first connection means (23).
  8. A tub as claimed in any one of the Claims 1 to 7,
    characterised in that
    the front wall (5) or the rear wall (7) can be connected to the main body (3) by folding.
  9. A tub as claimed in any one of the Claims 1 to 8,
    characterised in that
    four transverse members (11, 13), of which each time two members are identical, can be connected to the main body (3).
