Zufolge solcher Ausgestaltung ist ein gattungsgemäßer Spen­der von erhöhtem Gebrauchswert erzielt: Ein besonderer Stop­fen einschließlich des zugehörigen Trägers wird verzichtbar. Den Verschluß der Auslaßöffnung übernimmt das Auslaßventil selbst. Die baulichen Mittel sind einfach und im Hinblick auf montagetechnische Bedingungen überraschend günstig. Konkret ist so vorgegangen, daß die Federelemente als sich an einem Kragen der Betätigungshandhabe abstützende, an dem Ventilteller freistehend unmittelbar angeformte Federbein­chen ausgebildet sind. Auf diese Weise kann die Betätigungs­handhabe im Wege der Vormontage bestückt und so der Spender­mechanik einfachst einverleibt werden. Die Federbeinchen stützen sich an der Betätigungshandhabe selbst ab. Ihre Lage ist exakt definiert bzw. trotz Hineinragens in das Pumpele­ment nicht beeinträchtigbar. Dabei ist es für die Einlage­rung des Ausgangsventils insgesamt vorteilhaft, daß sein Ventilteller in einem nach außen hin sich öffnenden Konus sitzt und in die Ventilöffnung eingepaßt ist. Zum Einsetzen des Ventiltellers brauchen daher lediglich die Federbeinchen gebündelt und durch die Ventilöffnung hindurchgesteckt zu werden. Um bezüglich der Federbeinchen zu einem zufrieden­stellenden Längungsvorrat zu kommen, wird weiter so vorgegan­gen, daß die Federbeinchen zunächst zu einer Mittelachse des Spenders parallel verlaufend ausgebildet sind und sich so­dann unter Abknickung an dem Kragen abstützen. Sowohl für eine geschützte Einlagerung des relativ empfindlichen Feder­ körpers als auch für eine möglichst gedrungene Bauform des Pumpelements erweist es sich als vorteilhaft, daß die Ausfe­derungslänge der Federbeinchen innerhalb des Kragens angeord­net ist. Dem Kragen kommt somit eine weitere Funktion zu; er dient nicht nur als Strömungsbrücke für das auszugebene Medium, sondern bildet zugleich eine Federkammer. Darüberhin­aus erweist es sich als günstig, wenn die Federbeinchen hakenartig einen Stirnbereich des Kragens übergreifen. Dies führt zu einer besonders lagegesicherten Positionierung des Feder/Ventilkörpers. Weiter wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Betätigungshandhabe zur Bildung einer Ausstreichfläche im wesentlichen konkav ausgebildet ist. Für mehr flüssigere Medien liegt insoweit sogar eine Art Auffangschale vor, wobei die allseitig höher liegende Peripherie als nicht benetzter Betätigungsbereich verbleibt. Im Hinblick auf ein restfreies Ausstreichen der freigegebenen pastöse Masse oder dergleichen, ist es nützlich, daß der Ventilteller außensei­tig in Schließstellung in die Betätigungshandhabe ebenen­gleich eingepaßt ist. Der Benutzer findet dadurch keinerlei störende Vorsprünge vor. Die Ausstreichfläche wird besser saubergehalten. Weiter wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Kragen der Betätigungshandhabe ein Führungskragen ist, geführt in einem einen Außenkragen aufweisenden Balg des Pumpelements. Gemeint ist nicht eine Verschiebeführung, sondern eine Auf­steckführung, also Steckzuordnung. Der peripher am Außenkra­gen wurzelnde Balg ist so zuordnungsicher angebunden. Weiter bringt die Erfindung in Vorschlag, daß der Kragen der Betäti­gungshandhabe mit Abstand zu dem unteren Rand des Außenkra­gens endet und daß in der sich ergebenden Stufe die Feder­beinchen Anlage finden. Auf diese Weise sind sogar die Veran­kerungszonen der Federbeinchen geschützt eingelagert. Außer­dem ergibt sich eine definierte periphere Abstützung für diese Enden. Baulich vorteilhaft ist es weiter, daß der Balg im wesentlichen kuppelförmig ausgebildet ist und über Abdich­tungsbereiche mit einer das Eingangsventil tragenden Decke des Gehäuses zusammenwirkt. Der in der Pumpenkammer be­findliche Anteil an pastöser Masse tritt unter Öffnen des Ausgangsventils V2 aus der Austrittsöffnung 19 und legt sich auf der Randzone dieser Öffnung im Zentrum der muldenförmi­gen Ausstreiffläche 18 ab. Der mit der Pumpkammer 6 verbunde­ne Kragen 22 fungiert hier als Leitungsbrücke. Bei der besag­ten Betätigung bleibt das als Rückschlagventil gestaltete Eingangsventil V1 zufolge des Überdrucks in der Pumpkammer 6 geschlossen. Sobald der Überdruck nachläßt, ziehen die Feder­beinchen 21 den Ventilteller 20 in seine die Austrittsöff­nung 19 vollkommen ausfüllende Schließgrundstellung zurück. Unter Loslassen der Betätigungshandhabe B stellt sich der Balg 5 zufolge entsprechender Materialwahl wieder in seine Ausgangstellung zurück. Das führt zu Unterdruck in der Pump­kammer 6. Demzufolge hebt sich die Ventilklappe 15 um ihr seitliches Filmscharnier 16 schwenkend an. Über die diesbe­zügliche Ventilöffnung wird nun pastöse Masse in die Pumpkam­mer 6 nachgesaugt. Einhergehend hiermit verlagert sich der Kolben 2 über die Füllstandssäule um einen Schritt in Rich­tung des Kopfstückes K nach. Ein Einsaugen von Falschluft ist zufolge der Funktion des Ausgangsventiles V2 unterbun­den, auch jedwedes Eintrocknen der pastösen Masse.By pressing the actuating handle B in the direction of arrow P, the bellows 5 is compressed, reducing the volume of the pump chamber 6. According to the function of the outlet valve V2, sucking in of false air is prevented, and also any drying of the pasty mass.

Claims (12)

1. Spender für pastöse Massen, mit einem einen nur in Entlee­rungsrichtung verlagerbaren Kolben aufweisenden Gehäuse und einer außenliegenden Betätigungshandhabe, mit welcher auf ein in Richtung des Kolbens zusammendrückbares Pumpelement einwirkbar ist, wobei das Pumpelement ein Eingangs- und ein Ausgangsventil aufweist, und das Ausgangsventil in der Betä­tigungshandhabe angeordnet ist, wobei weiter das Ausgangven­til in seiner Schließstellung federbelastet ist mittels in das Innere des Spenders ragender, angeformter Federelemente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federelemente als sich an einem Kragen (22) der Betätigungshandhabe (B) abstützende, an dem Ventilteller (20) freistehend unmittelbar angeformte Federbeinchen (21) ausgebildet sind.1.Dispenser for pasty masses, with a housing having a piston which can only be displaced in the direction of emptying and an external actuating handle with which a pump element which can be compressed in the direction of the piston can be acted on, the pump element having an inlet and an outlet valve, and the outlet valve in the actuating handle is arranged, the output valve being spring-loaded in its closed position by means of molded spring elements projecting into the interior of the dispenser, characterized in that the spring elements are supported on the valve plate () on a collar (22) of the actuating handle (B). 20) free-standing, directly molded spring struts (21) are formed. 2.
