Abstract

Faßgebinde mit Faßkörper und Deckel aus Kunststoff sowie Spannverschluß. Der Faßkörper ist im Wege der Blasformgebung aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff geformt und weist einen an­ geformten, in bezug auf den Durchmesser des Faßkörpers ein­ gezogenen Öffnungshals auf. Der aus thermoplastischem Kunst­ stoff geformte Deckel weist einen vertieften Deckelboden so­ wie eine umlaufende Passungsrinne auf, mit der der Deckel auf einen Endbereich des Öffnungshalses aufgestülpt ist. Der Spannringverschluß besteht aus einem Außenbund am faßkörper­ seitigen Rand der Passungsrinnenaußenwand, einem im Anschluß an die Einziehung des Öffnungshalses umlaufenden Gegenflansch sowie einem den Außenbund und den Gegenflansch klemmend um­ fassenden, im Querschnitt U-förmigen Spannring mit Spann­ schloß. Der Öffnungshals weist im Anschluß an die Einziehung zum Endbereich des Öffnungshalses hin ein Übergangsteilstück auf. Das Übergangsteilstück trägt einen Bundring im wesent­ lichen T-förmigen Querschnittes, dessen Bund den T-Steg und den Gegenflansch bildet und dessen T-Balken ein Ringteil mit oberem Ringteilabschnitt und unterem Ringteilabschnitt bil­ det sowie stoffschlüssig und/oder formschlüssig mit dem Über­ gangsteilstück vereinigt ist. Der obere Ringteilabschnitt des Bundringes ist von dem Außenbundbereich des aufgesetzten Deckels anliegend überfaßt. An dem Außenbundbereich liegt bei geschlossenem Spannschloß der obere U-Flansch des Spannringes an. Der untere U-Flansch des Spannringes liegt bei geschlos­ senem Spannschloß an dem unteren Ringteilabschnitt des Bund­ ringes an.
