Abstract

Boîte pour bouteille du genre de celle comportant un boîtier (1) prismatique oblong, ouvert selon l'une de ses grandes faces, pouvant être engagé dans un fourreau tubulaire,caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) présente des moyens permettant de manipuler et d'assurer le maintien de la bouteille(B)en position semi-allongée. Le boîtier (1) présente le long du bord supérieur de chacune de ses grandes faces (3) un volet (4) et, le long du bord supérieur de l'une de ses petites faces (5) un volet (6),ledit volet se raccordant à ceux (4) par l'entremise de soufflets en deux parties (7 et 8).

Description

  • En l'état actuel de la technique, on connait des boîtes, réalisées en deux parties dont l'une forme un boîtier oblong, ouvert sur une de ses grandes faces pour permettre l'introduction de la bouteille, tandis que l'autre est formée par un fourreau tubulaire dans lequel on engage ledit boîtier.
  • Jusqu'à présent, ces boîtes permettaient uniquement de réaliser un paquet pouvant être facilement enveloppé et n'avaient plus d'usage après extraction de la bouteille.
  • Lorsque la boîte renferme une bouteille, contenant un vin de qualité, cette dernière est généralement placée, après extraction, dans un panier à bouteille dans lequel ladite bouteille repose en position semi-couchée, ledit panier permettant aussi de servir le vin.
  • L'objet de la présente invention est de réaliser une boîte pouvant facilement être transformée en panier à bouteille et être utilisée à cet usage.
  • Selon l'invention, le boîtier comporte des moyens permettant de le manipuler et d'assurer le maintien de la bouteille en position semi-allongée.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui va suivre,faite en se référant aux dessins annexés à titre d'example indicatif seulement, sur lesquels:
    • La figure 1 est une vue de dessus conforme à l'invention,le fourreau extérieur étant partiellement arraché ;
    • La figure 2 est une vue en élévation et en coupe montrant l'utilisation du boîtier en panier à bouteille;
    • La figure 3 est une vue partielle et en perspective montrant un détail de réalisation;
    • La figure 4 est une vue en plan montrant une découpe, à plat, permettant de réaliser le boîtier conforme aux figures 1 à 3.
  • En se reportant aux dessins et selon un mode de réalisation, on voit que, de la façon connue, la boîte se compose de deux parties, à savoir un boîtier 1, oblong et prismatique, pouvant être engagé dans un fourreau tubulaire 2.
  • Selon l'invention, le boîtier 1 présente le long du bord supérieur de chacune de ses grandes faces 3 un volet 4 et le long du bord supérieur de l'une de ses petites faces 5 un volet 6.
  • Le volet 6 se raccorde à ceux 4 par l'entremise d'un soufflet en deux parties 7 et 8.
  • Lorsque le boîtier 1 est engagé dans son fourreau 2, le volet 6 est rabattu contre ceux 4 ,comme cela ressort de la figure 1.
  • Le soulèvement du volet 6 détermine celui des volets 4.
  • Le volet 6 présente le long de son bord supérieur une échancrure 9 de réception du goulot G d'une bouteille B.
  • Le bord supérieur de la petite face 10 du boîtier présente une patte, en trois parties 11,12 et 13, pouvant être repliée comme montré sur la figure 2 pour former un appui pour le fond de la bouteille, la longueur de la partie 13, extrême, étant supérieure à celle de la partie 11 se raccordant à la face 10. Chacun des volets 4 présente une ouverture 14. De cette façon, les volets 4 constituent des anses permettant de manipuler le boîtier et de verser le vin contenu dans la bouteille B.
  • Bien entendu, la présente invention ne se limite pas au mode de réalisation décrit et représenté mais s'étend, au contraire, à toutes variantes de formes et dimensions.
  • C'est ainsi, entre autres,que les volets 4 peuvent être supprimés. Dans ce cas, la partie 8 du soufflet se raccorde direc­tement le long du bord supérieur de la face 3 et des ouvertures 14a sont prévues dans lesdites faces, ces modifications sont montrées en traits mixtes sur la figure 4.
  • C'est ainsi,encore, que la partie centrale 12 de la patte repliable peut présenter une ouverture 15 permettant d'engager le goulot G de la bouteille pour assurer son maintien durant le transport.

Claims (3)

1-Boîte pour bouteille du genre de celles comportant un boîtier (1), prismatique, ouvert selon l'une de ses grandes faces, pouvant être engagée dans un fourreau tubulaire et comportant le long du bord supérieur de chacune de ses grandes faces (3) un volet (4) formant poignée, caractérisée en ce que le bord supérieur de l'une des petites faces (5) du boîtier présente un volet (6) qui se raccorde à ceux (4) par l'entremise de soufflets en deux parties articulées (7 et 8).
2-Boîte pour bouteille selon la revendication 1,caractérisée en ce que le bord supérieur de la petite face (10) présente une patte, en trois parties (11,12 et 13),pouvant être repliée de façon à ce que le bord de la partie extrême vienne prendre appui contre la partie interne de ladite face (10).
3- Boîte pour bouteille, selon l'une quelconque des revendica­tions 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (1) est réalisé à partir d'une découpe à plat, conforme à la figure 4.
