- the devices are of the magnetic type in which the supply with line or battery voltage is only required at their energization or de-energization; the voltage supply system is preferably freed from the presses, it is only involved in said energization and de-energization operators and can be used for an unlimited number of presses, separately; the magnetic force applied to the connecting devices is guaranteed sufficient to keep any type of plugs in perfect position for unlimited times; current supply expenses are cut to a negligible level; all systems are substantially safer; the upper plugs cannot fall, even without current, as the magnets of the devices become permanent, and remain so until they are de-energized.
- a press for the formation of tiles (1) comprises an upper movable plate (2) with mobile plugs (3), and a fixed base (4), supporting the plug holder (5), the matrix or case (6), the sub-plugs (7) and the lower fixed plugs (8).
- the press is equipped with magnets (9), which, fixed to said mobile plate (2) and said sub-plugs (7) stiffly engage the mobile plugs (3) and fixed plugs (8).
- the magnets (9) are applied, in adjoining longitudinal or transversal parallel rows, or adjoining or reticulate oblique rows, on the entire surface (17) of the upper mobile plates (2) and on the entire surface (18) of the fixed sub-plugs (7), on which the mobile plugs (3) and fixed plugs (8) are fixed.
- the operation of the abovementioned magnets (9) is based on the exploitation of the energy supplied by two fields with permanent magnets, operating on a joint ferrous yoke.
