Abstract

The stackable package has boxes consisting of a bottom, side walls and end walls. The end walls project over the side walls. Moulded onto the end walls are outside tabs which grip around the side walls and form projecting guide angles with the assigned end wall. The side walls have inside tabs which are attached to the end walls and form resting edges for a box which can be inserted between the guide angles. At least two boxes are arranged adjacently. They are bonded at the projecting guide angles to form a composite box. The end walls and/or the side walls are inclined to the vertical at a distance-forming opening angle. In this case, a guide angle receiving gap is formed in each case between the bottoms of two adjacent boxes. A distancing element, connecting the boxes, is inserted in the guide angle receiving gap. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich gattungsgemäß auf eine stapelfähige Verpackung, - mit aus Boden, Seitenwänden und Stirnwänden bestehenden Schachteln, wobei die Stirnwände die Seitenwände überragen und an die Stirnwände seitenwandumfassende Außenlaschen angeformt sind, die mit der zugeordneten Stirnwand überstehende Führungswinkel bilden und wobei die Seitenwände Innenlaschen aufweisen, die an den Stirnwänden befestigt sind und Auflagekanten für eine zwischen den Führungswinkeln einsetzbare Schachtel bilden.The invention relates generically to a stackable packaging, - with boxes consisting of bottom, side walls and end walls, the end walls projecting beyond the side walls and molded onto the end walls side wall-encompassing outer flaps, which form protruding guide angles with the associated end wall and the side walls have inner flaps which are attached to the end walls and form support edges for a box which can be used between the guide angles.

Schachteln mit zu überstehenden Führungswinkeln ausgebildeten Ecken lassen sich einwandfrei stapeln sowie zu Verkaufseinheiten zusammenstellen und haben sich insofern bewährt. Unbefriedigend ist jedoch die Handhabung von kleinvolumigen Schachteln. Infolge ihrer kleinen Grundfläche ist die Zahl der aufeinander schichtbaren Schachteln beschränkt, fernerhin müssen zur Nutzung der Regalfläche mehrere Reihen von Schachteln hinter- und nebeneinander angeordnet werden. Die Handhabung von Stapeln aus kleinvolumigen Schachteln ist insgesamt umständlich, zeit- und kostenaufwendig. Daher resultiert die Forderung nach Verpackungen, bei denen die Schachteln zu größeren, stapelfähigen Einheiten verbunden sind. Das einfache Aneinanderkleben gattungsgemäßer Schachteln scheidet als Lösungsmöglichkeit wegen der überstehenden Führungswinkel aus. Um stapelfähige Einheiten herzustellen, müssen die überstehenden Führungswinkel bis auf diejenigen an den äußeren Eckpunkten nachträglich entfernt werden. Man hilft sich in der Praxis auch damit, daß man jeweils unterschiedlich ausgebildete Schachteln zu einem Verbund zusammenstellt. Alle diese Maßnahmen sind jedoch fertigungstechnisch aufwendig. Zudem haben die im Rahmen der bekannten Maßnahmen hergestellten stapelfähigen Verpackungen den Nachteil, daß nur an den äußeren Eckpunkten eine Sicherung der aufgestapelten Einheiten gegen Verrutschen vorhanden ist. Um bei großen Verpackungseinheiten ausreichende Sicherung zu gewährleisten, müssen die Führungswinkel mit großer Wandstärke ausgeführt sein.Boxes with corners designed to protrude beyond the guiding angles can be stacked perfectly and put together to form sales units, and have therefore proven their worth. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine stapelfähige Verpackung anzugeben, die modulartig aus identischen Schachteln aufgebaut ist und große Sicherheit gegen Verrutschen bietet.The invention has for its object to provide a stackable packaging, which is constructed in a modular manner from identical boxes and offers great security against slipping.

Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung, daß zumindest zwei Schachteln nebeneinander angeordnet und an den überstehenden Führungswinkeln zu einem Schachtelverbund verklebt sind, daß die Stirnwände und/oder die Seitenwände unter einem distanzbildenden Öffnungswinkel zum Lotrechten geneigt sind, wobei sich zwischen den Böden zweier benachbarter Schachteln ein Führungswinkel-Aufnahmespalt bildet, und daß in den Führungswinkel-Aufnahmespalt ein die Schachteln verbindendes Distanzelement eingesetzt ist. - Die Erfindung beruht auf der Erkenntnis, daß man Schachteln mit überstehenden Führungswinkeln zu stapelfähigen Einheiten verbinden kann, wenn man die Führungswinkel zu einem doppelwandigen Teil verbindet, das sich dadurch durch große Steifheit auszeichnet, und wenn man zugleich im Bodenbereich einen ausreichenden Spaltraum schafft, in den die miteinander verklebten Führungswinkel einführbar sind. Um zu gewährleisten, daß sich der aus den Schachteln gebildetete Schachtelverbund nicht verzieht und dadurch die Stapelfähigkeit beeinträchtigt wird, müssen die miteinander zu verbindenden Seitenwände und/oder Stirnwände der Schachteln um ein geringes Maß schräg angestellt werden. Aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen sind erfindungsgemäß alle Schachteln identisch ausgebildet, so daß unabhängig von der Zahl der miteinander zu vereinigenden Schachteln die Abschrägung der Stirnwände und/oder Seitenwände jeweils paarweise vorgenommen wird. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, lediglich zwei Schachteln zu einem Schachtelverbund zusammenzustellen, die gleichsam eine Doppelpackung bilden und vorzugsweise an den Stirnwänden vereinigt sind. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es fernerhin, Schachteln beliebiger Anzahl zu einem Schachtelverbund zusammenzustellen, wobei Schachteln sowohl an den Stirnwänden als auch an den Seitenwänden miteinander verbunden sind. Vorzugsweise ist das Distanzelement als Pappstreifen ausgebildet und mit den benachbarten Schachteln verklebt. Das Zusammenfügen der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungseinheiten zu einem Verpackungsstapel wird in beachtlichem Maße erleichtert, wenn die Stirnwände randoffene Fensterausschnitte aufweisen. Dieses gilt insbesondere dann, wenn eine Mehrzahl von Schachteln zu einem Schachtelverbund zusammengestellt sind. Anwenderseitig besteht vielfach der Wunsch, daß die Verpackungseinheiten eines Verpackungsstapels jeweils durch einen Deckel verschlossen sind. Auch das ist im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Lehre möglich. Unter der Voraussetzung, daß die Stirnwände randoffene Fensterausschnitte aufweisen, kann eine den Schachtelverbund überfassende Abdeckung vorgesehen werden, die Aussparungen für die Führungswinkel aufweist und auf den Seitenwänden der Schachteln aufliegt.The spacer element is preferably designed as a cardboard strip and glued to the adjacent boxes. Fernerhin lassen sich nach der erfindungsgemäßen Lehre einheitlich ausgebildete Schachteln zu beliebig großen Verpackungseinheiten zusammenstellen, die sich leicht handhaben lassen und an die speziellen Wünsche des Anwenders anpaßbar sind. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Verpackung ist aus einheitlich ausgebildeten Schachteln 1 aufgebaut, die einen Boden 2 sowie Seitenwände 3 und Stirnwände 4 aufweisen, wobei die Stirnwände 4 die Seitenwände 3 überragen. Wie insbesondere aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 3 ersichtlich, sind an die Stirnwände 4 seitenumfassende Außenlaschen 5 angeformt, die mit der zugeordneten Stirnwand 4 überstehende Führungswinkel 6 bilden. Fernerhin erkennt man, daß die Seitenwände 3 Innenlaschen 7 aufweisen, die an den Stirnwänden 4 befestigt sind und Auflagekanten 8 bilden. Auf die Auflagekanten 8 ist eine Schachtel 1 gleicher Ausführung aufsetzbar, die dann zwischen den Führungswinkeln 6 gehalten ist. Die Stirnwände 4 sind unter einem distanzbildenden Öffnungswinkel α zum Lotrechten geneigt, wobei sich zwischen den Böden 2 der benachbarten Schachteln 1 ein Führungswinkel-Aufnahmespalt 10 bildet. In dem Führungswinkel-Aufnahmespalt 10 ist ein die Schachteln 1 verbindendes Distanzelement 11 eingesetzt, das im Ausführungsbeispiel als Pappstreifen ausgebildet und mit dem Schachteln 1 verklebt ist. Es versteht sich, daß die Abmessungen des Distanzelementes 11 sowie die Anordnung des Distanzelementes 11 im Führungswinkel-Aufnahmespalt 10 so gewählt sind, daß das Einführen von Führungswinkeln 6 nicht beeinträchtigt ist. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Stirnwände 4 mit randoffenen Fensterausschnitten 12 ausgebildet. Es ist fernerhin eine Abdeckung 13 vorgesehen, die den Schachtelverbund 9 überfaßt und Aussparungen 14 für die Führungswinkel 6 aufweist sowie auf den Seitenwänden 3 der Schachteln 1 aufliegt. Man erkennt ohne weiteres, daß der Schachtelverbund 9 mit weiteren, identisch ausgebildeten Verpackungseinheiten zu einem Verpackungsstapel zusammengefügt werden kann, wobei die überstehenden Führungswinkel 6 in die zugeordneten Führungswinkel-Ausfnahmespalten 10 der jeweils aufgesetzten Verpackungseinheit eingreifen.
