Claims (5)
- Profilierte Elastomerdichtung, die in einer peripheren Kehle eines Tunnelausbausegments (1, 2) mit ebenem Boden und geneigten Rändern angebracht werden soll, mit einer Frontfläche, die sich auf dem Boden der Kehle auflegen soll und mit mehreren Nuten (6, 8, 10, 7, 9, 11) versehen ist, die in Längsrichtung verlaufen und von Stützeinfassungen (12, 14, 16, 18; 13, 15, 17, 19) umrahmt sind, und mit einer im wesentlichen ebenen entgegengesetzten Fläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfassung (18; 19), die sich auf der Seite befindet, wo der Druck des Fluids ausgeübt wird, gegen das abgedichtet werden soll, oder die beiden seitenlichen Einfassungen eine Stützlippe (20; 21) aufweisen, die auf dem entsprechenden geneigten Rand der Kehle des Ausbausegments aufliegt.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf ihrer Fläche, die der Fläche entgegengesetzt ist, welche sich auf dem Boden der Kehle auflegen soll, eine Schicht aus im Wasser quellenden Elastomer (22; 23) aufweist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Schicht aus im Wasser quellenden Elastomer zwischen 2 und 3 mm liegt.
- Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit bogenförmigen Längszellen (24, 26; 25, 27) oberhalb der Einfassungen ihres mittleren Bereichs und in Form einer zu ihrer Achse gewandten Mondsichel (28, 30; 29, 31) oberhalb ihrer Seiteneinfassungen ausgestattet ist.
- Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von den Nuten und eventuell den Längszellen eingenommene freie Raum gleich 110% des Elastomervolumens ist, das sich in der Ruhestellung oberhalb der Kehle befindet.
