  9. Damping device according to anyone of the proceding claims, characterised in that the periphery of said feed roller (4) is covered with a layer of hydrophilic material having on its surface microporasities for uniform transfer of said damping liquid.
  10. Damping device according to anyone of the proceding claims, characterised in that to the group which comprises said wiping element (9), the corresponding cylinders and the support bar (11) may be imparted a reciprocating axial movement obtained from the driving means of the feed roller (4).
