Claims (11)

1. Procédé pour l'insertion de poils dans le corps d'une brosse, suivant lequel des faisceaux de fibres (4) sont placés l'un après l'autre avec un élément de fixation (7) dans les trous (8) du corps de la brosse à l'aide d'un outil de garnissage (5), caractérisé en ce que les faisceaux de fibres (4) et les éléments de fixation (7) sont soumis à une rotation angulaire (R) après l'insertion dans l'outil de garnissage et avant l'insertion dans le corps de la brosse (9).
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rotation angulaire susdite est obtenue à l'aide d'un mouvement rotatif du guide de l'outil de garnissage (13) de l'outil de garnissage (5) le long de son axe longitudinal (14).
3. Dispositif appliquant le procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste en un outil de garnissage (5), en moyens de rotation (12) pour la rotation de l'outil de garnissage (5), ou une partie de celui-ci, le long de l'axe longitudinal; et de moyens de commande (15) permettant la rotation angulaire de l'outil de garnissage (5), ou de la partie susdite de celui-ci, durant le mouvement de remplissage de l'outil de garnissage (5).
4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de rotation (12) consistent principalement en un corps rotatif (16) par rapport duquel le guide de l'outil de garnissage (13) de l'outil de garnissage (5) peut être glissé axialement mais étant dans l'impossibilité de tourner, dans lequel le corps rotatif (16) peut être tourné à l'aide des moyens de rotation (15) susdits.

Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps rotatif (16) consiste en un boîtier en forme de cylindre supporté par des roulements dans un boîtier fixe (17), le boîtier en forme de cylindre (16) montrant une ouverture (18), dans laquelle le guide de l'outil de garnissage (13) est inséré, pouvant glisser de façon axiale mais non rotative par rapport à ce boîtier, produisant le mouvement de remplissage de l'outil de garnissage (5) à l'aide de son déplacement.

Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (18) dans le boîtier rotatif et le guide de l'outil de garnissage (13) s'ajustant dans celui-ci montre les formes qui, comme dévoilé ci-dessus, ne permettent pas la rotation mais produisant un transfert l'un par rapport à l'autre.
7. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 4 à 6 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande (15) consistent principalement en un bras (19), fixé sur le corps rotatif (16) et un mécanisme à cames (21) pouvant agir l'un sur l'autre, le mécanisme à cames (21) et le moyen de commande pour le mouvement de remplissage de l'outil de garnissage (5) étant reliés.
8. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps rotatif ou le boîtier cylindrique (16) susdit et le boîtier fixe (17) susdit sont enclenchés par rapport à leur déplacement axial.
9. Dispositif suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un bras (19) relié au corps rotatif (16) s'étend à travers d'une encoche radiale (22) dans le boîtier l'entourant (16) de manière à produire un enclenchement axial.

Dispositif appliquant le procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit un outil de garnissage (5) et/ou une partie de celui-ci étant pivotant le long d'un axe situé à quelque distance de l'axe longitudinal (14) de l'outil de garnissage (5) et/ou du guide de l'outil de garnissage (13) de manière que la rotation angulaire (R) susdite est réalisée par le mouvement pivotant de l'outil de garnissage (5) et/ou du guide de l'outil de garnissage (13).
11. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de commande (15) produisant la rotation angulaire (R) à l'aide d'un moteur électronique soit commandé de manière que l'importance de la rotation angulaire (R) peut être programmée de façon optimale pour chaque trou de la structure de trous de la brosse à l'aide d'une unité de commande _ à l'aide d'un clavier commandé par ordinateur.
