Claims (11)

1. Verfahren zum Einsetzen der Haare in Bürstenkörper, in die mittels eines Füllwerkzeugs (5) Faserbündel (4) eines nach dem anderen, zusammen mit einem Befestigungselement (7) in die Löcher (8) des Bürstenkörpers eingesetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faserbündel (4) und die Befestigungselemente (7), nach Einsetzen in das Füllwerkzeug und vor dem Einsetzen in den Bürstenkörper (9) einer winkligen Rotation (R) unterzogen sind.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obenerwähnte winklige Rotation mittels einer rotierenden Bewegung der Füllwerkzeugführung (13) des Füllwerkzeugs (5) um seine Längsachse (14) erreicht wird.
3. Vorrichtung die das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 anwendet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem Fullungswerkzeug (5). Rotationsmitteln (12) zur Rotation des Füllwerkzeugs (5) oder eines Teils davon um seine Längsachse; und Antriebsmitteln (15) zum Erreichen einer winkligen Rotation des Füllwerkzeugs (5) oder dessen obenerwähnten Teils, während des Füllbewegung des Füllwerkzeugs (5), besteht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rotationsmittel (12) hauptsächlich aus einem drehenden Körper (16) besteht, zu welchem die Füllwerkzeugführung (13) des Füllwerkzeugs (5) verschiebbar, aber nicht verdrehbar ist, in dem der drehende Körper (16) mittels der obenerwähnten Antriebsmittel (15) rotiert werden kann.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der drehende Körper (16) aus einem zylindrischen in Lagern in einem festen Gehäuse (17) unterstützten Gehäuse besteht, wobei das zylindrische Gehäuse (16) eine Offnung (18) zeigt, in der die Füllwerkzeugführung (13) axial verschiebbar aber nicht zu diesem Gehäuse drehbar, eingesetzt ist, das durch ihre Verlagerung die Füllbewegung des Füllwerkzeugs (5) bewirkt.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Offnung (18) im drehenden Körper in die in sie passende Füllwerkzeugführung (13), eine Form haben die, wie vorher schon erwähnt, keine Verdrehung zulässt, jedoch eine Parallelverschiebung zu einander möglich macht.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (15) hauptsächlich aus einem, am drehenden Körper (16) befestigten Arm (19), besteht und mit einem durch Nocken betätigten Mechanismus (21) zusammenarbeiten kann, da der durch Nocken betätigte Mechanismus (21) und der Antrieb für die Füllbewegung des Füllwerkzeugs (5) mit einander verbunden sind.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obenerwähnte drehende Körper oder das zylindrische Gehäuse (16) und das obenerwähnte feste Gehäuse (17) gegen eine gegenseitige Verschiebung verriegelt sind.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am drehenden Körper (16) befestigte Arm (19) sich durch eine radiale Nut (22) bis in das umfassende Gehäuse (16) erstreckt, so dass die axiale Verriegelung vorgesehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Füllwerkzeug (5) und/oder einen Teil davon bildet, das entlang eine Achse, die in einiger Abstand der Längsachse (14) des Füllwerkzeugs und/oder der Füllwerkzeugführung (13) liegt gelenkig angeordnet ist, so dass die obenerwähnte Rotation (R) durch die Gelenkbewegung des Füllwerkzeugs (5) und/oder der Füllwerkzeugführung (13) erreicht wird.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (15), das die winklige Rotation (R) bewirkt über einen elektrisch betätigten Motor angetrieben wird, so dass die Grösse der winklige Rotation (R) für jedes Loch des Bürstenlochmusters über eine Steuereinheit _ mittels einer Tastatur oder computergesteuert _ optimal programmiert werden kann.
