Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Spannen und Halten von Elementen, die durch Kleben, Heften, Nageln oder Nieten zusammengefügt werden sollen, bestehend aus einem Band (1), das an einem Ende auf eine Spule (2) und an seinem anderen Ende auf eine Stellachse (3) aufgerollt wird, wobei das Ganze in einem Schutzgehäuse (4) befestigt ist, und aus Stücken (5) zum Ergreifen und Positionieren an den Ecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellachse (3) eine auskuppelbare Achse ist, die oben einen auf dieser Achse (3) verstellbaren Bedienknopf (6) besitzt, der in verschiedenen Verstellpositionen auf dieser Achse (3) festgestellt werden kann, wobei dieser Bedienknopf (6) außerdem mit einem gezähnten Ritzel (7) versehen ist, das in einer Verstellposition des Knopfes mit einem Ritzel (8) zusammenarbeiten kann, welches mit der geschlitzten Achse (9) der Spule (2) zum Aufrollen des Bandes (1), und, in einer anderen Verstellposition des Knopfes (6) mit einem mittels einer Feder (11) belasteten Gesperre (10) zusammenwirken kann, wobei das auf der Spule (2) aufgerollte Band (1) die Stellachse (3) durchquert, die zu diesem Zweck geschlitzt ist, um eine aus dem Gehäuse (4) austretende Schlaufe (14) zu bilden.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellachse (3) einerseits an ihrem dem Bedienknopf (6) zugekehrten Ende, mit einem äußeren Klauenkupplungsmittel (13) versehen ist, das mit einem inneren Klauenkupplungsmittel (13') entsprechender Form zusammenwirkt, und andererseits, oberhalb des Mittels (13), in Richtung des Knopfes (6) mit einer Nabe (15) zur Führung dieses letzteren versehen ist, und das Gesperre (10) an der Wandung des Gehäuses (4) auf Seite des Mittels (13) der Achse (3) montiert ist.

Vorricntung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ritzel (8) der Achse (9) der Spule (2) sich vorteilhaft oberhalb des Gesperres (10) mit einem Abstand zu demselben erstreckt, der mindestens gleich der Dicke des Ritzels (7) des Knopfes (6) ist, und dieses letztere entweder durch eine Feder gespannt wird, die dazu neigt, es in einer seiner Endpositionen auf der Nabe (15) der Achse (3) zu halten, oder mit einem Mittel (16) zur Arretierung in der Position auf der Nabe (15), in jeder Zwischenposition der Verstellung auf der Achse (3), wie zum Beispiel ein durch Feder belastetes Kugelgesperre oder ähnliches, versehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem Gehäuse (4) austretenden Stränge der Schlaufe (14) zwischen einem Abstandselement (17) das Teil des Gehäuses (4) ist und gleichzeitig einen Winkel zum Erfassen und Positionieren für eine Ecke der zusammenzufügenden Elemente bildet, und zwischen zwei mit dem Gehäuse (4) verankerten Walzen (18) so geführt werden, daß jeder Strang zwischen einer Walze (18) und dem Element (17) hindurchläuft, und das Gehäuse am Austritt der Stränge der Schlaufe (14), das Gehäuse (4) außerdem, mit einem Vielfach-Andruck (19) versehen ist, der aus mehreren Segmenten mit unterschiedlicher Neigung bezogen auf die Gehäuse-Vorderseite besteht und das Aufsetzen von in verschiedenen Winkeln aneinanderzusto- ßenden Elementen ermöglicht.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spule (2) durch eine Blattfeder (21) zur Halterung des Bandes (1) gespannt wird.
