Description
The invention relates to a top-rotating construction crane with a spire designed as a transport and assembly unit, a jib and a rope pull-in mechanism attached to a carrier of the spire, which jibs the jib in and out, the luffing rope of which has at least one deflection pulley arranged at the top of the spire and at least one a further deflecting roller, which is mounted in a roller carrier and is connected to the house bracing of the boom via the roller carrier, is guided back to the top of the tower and fastened there.
Known, top-rehabilitated construction cranes with a luffing jib arranged on a tower top and a counter jib To rock the boom in and out, a rope pull-in mechanism or luffing mechanism, which is arranged on the counter-boom or in a machine house located behind the top of the tower. So far, for the tower head of such a crane, the top of the tower, the counter jib or the machine house and a roller block fastened to the main bracing of the boom in the operating state of the crane and shearing the luffing rope of the rope retractor were transported as separate units to the crane installation site. Since the rope pull-in mechanism was provided on the counter jib, but the deflection pulleys of the luffing rope were provided on the top of the tower on the one hand and the roller block on the other hand, the luffing rope could not be reeved in at the manufacturing plant, but only manually at the construction site. However, manual rope reeving at the construction site is exhausting and increases the assembly time.
A similar crane suitable for high-rise buildings is known from NL-A-98241 (DE-B-1064223). In this crane, the cable pulling mechanism that luffers the boom in and out sits in the top of the tower, namely between the rotating frame and a tower platform holding the boom and the counterjib. The luffing rope is guided via deflection rollers at the top of the tower top to a roller block connected to the boom. Details of the assembly units in which the tower top can be dismantled for transport are not explained in NL-A-98241.
It is an object of the invention to provide a construction crane whose tower head can be assembled or disassembled in a relatively short time at a construction site.
Starting from the above-described construction crane rotating above, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the transport and assembly unit of the spire includes the rope pulling-in mechanism and that the roller carrier can be detached from the main guying of the jib when the seesaw is sheared and fixedly but releasably connected to the spire for transportation.
In the case of such a construction crane, in which the rope pulling-in mechanism is integrated in the transport and assembly unit of the tower tip, the seesaw rope is already reeved mechanically in the manufacturing plant and the tower tip is transported to the construction site with the roller carrier of the roller block fixed to it. The assembly or disassembly of the tower head on the construction site is relatively simple and time-saving.

The top of the tower has a lower part 1a, a rotating
The
The tower top fully assembled in the manufacturing plant - ie the mast section 1c with the integrated
