Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmvorrichtung zum Festklemmen von insbesondere Blechen gemäß Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a clamping device for clamping in particular sheet metal according to the preamble of the main claim.

Derartige Klemmenvorrichtungen, die auch als Klemmgreifer bezeichnet werden, sind allgemein bekannt und in Benutzung (siehe bspw. DE-A-23 15 945). Dafür sitzen in der Regel mehrere Klemmvorrichtungen entsprechend beabstandet an einem hin- und herbeweglichen Fördergestell, mit dessen Hilfe die Bleche, von den Klemmvorrichtungen erfaßt, von Station zu Station wertergelegt werden. Die Erfassung der Bleche erfolgt zwischen den beiden Klemmbacken, von denen die Bewegliche und von Betätigungselement verstellbare in der Regel mit Fixierungsspitzen ausgestattet ist, während die andere mittels halteteiles für das Betätigungselement in geeigneter Weise an einer zu Bear-beitungsstation gehörenden Auflage des Fördergestelles fixiert wird. Bei den für derartige Klemmvorrichtungen benutzten Betätigungselementen handelt es sich in der Regel um Stellzylinder, deren Kolbenstange an freien Ende in geeigneter Weise mit der beweglichen Klemmbacke gekoppelt ist. Um die Klemmvorrichtung so kompakt wie möglich zu gestalten, ist diese vorteilhaft derart ausgebildet, daß die betätigbare klemmbacke und die winkeleinstellbare zweite Klemmbacke für das Werkstück auf einer gemeinsamen Achse angeordnet sind, die sowieso für die bewegliche klemmbacke vorhanden sein muß. Die winkeleinstellbare Klemmbacke ist dafür im Bereich ihrer hinteren Seitenflanken mit zwei an der Achse angelenkten Gelenklaschen versehen, und am Halter für das Betätigungselement sind entsprechende Gelenklaschen angeordnet. Bezüglich der Fixierbarkeit der winkeleinstellbaren Klemmbacke zum Halter sind die Gelenklaschen vorteilhaft an ihren gegeneinanderliegenden Flankenflächen in bekannter Weise mit Verrastungselementen versehen, die bspw. im Sinne einer Stirnverzahnung mit geeigneter Profilierung ausgestattet sind, so daß sich diese Verzahnung beim Festspannen gegeneinander verrasten und eine starre Verbindung zwischen der mit gewünschter Neigung eingestellten zweiten Klemmbacke und dem Halter herstellen. Sofern die Stirnverzahnung nicht sehr stark profiliert ist, kann es für die Lösung und Festspannung der Verrastung ausreichen, die als Spannbolzen ausgebildete Achse zu lösen bzw. festzuspannen und beim Festspannen die betreffenden Laschen des Halters dadurch geringfügig gegeneinander zusammenzubiegen und gegen die Verrastungen der damit festzustellenden Klemmbacke zu verspannen. Bei einer stärkeren Profilierung derartiger Verrastungselemente, der durch ein Verbiegen der Laschen nicht mehr zu genügen wäre, kann die Klemmvorrichtung vorteilhaft derart ausgebildet werden, daß in mindestens einer der Gelenklaschen des Halters ein in bezug auf die Achse axial verstellbarer, aber gegen Drehung fixierter, mit Verrastungselementen versehener Klemmbackenfeststellrinp angeordnet ist, was noch näher erläutert wird. Durch diese Ausbildung ergibt sich nach Lösung der Achse ausreichend Spiel für den Klemmbackenfeststellring, der natürlich im Halter bei axialer Verschiebemöglichkeit drehfest angeordnet sein muß. Zweckmäßig sind dabei die betätigbare und die winkeleinstellbare Klemmbacke 2, 3 auf einer gemeinsamen Achse 5 des Halters 1 gelagert, wobei natürlich die betätigbare Klemmbacke 2 drehbar auf dieser Achse 5 sitzt, die auf mindestens einer Seite mit mindestens einer Spannmutter 5′ versehen ist. Die winkeleinstellbare zweite Klemmbacke 3 ist im Bereich ihrer hinteren Seitenflanken 6 mit zwei auf der Achse 5 gelagerten Gelenklaschen 7 versehen und am Halter 1 für das Betätigungselement 1′ sind entsprechende Gelenklaschen 8 angeordnet, bzw. diese Laschen 8 werden von den entsprechenden Enden des Halters 1 gebildet, an dessen anderen Ende, wie ebenfalls aus den Fig. 1 bis 3 ersichtlich, das Betätigungselement 1′ bei 1˝ schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Falls die Tiefe der Profilierung der Verrastungselemente 10 eine Ausrastung und damit eine Verstellung nur mit beträchtlichem axialem Spiel nach Lösung der Achse 5 zu bewerkstelligen sind, kann die Klemmbacke bspw. im Sinne der Fig. 6 ausgebildet werden, d.h. derart, daß in mindestens einer der Gelenklaschen 8 des Halters 1 ein in bezug auf die Achse 5 axial verstellbarer, aber gegen Drehunh fixierter, mit Verrastungselementen 10 von den entgegengesetzt gerichteten verrastungselementen an den Laschen 7 der einstellbaren Klemmbacke 3 gelöst werden können. Mit seinem anderen Ende greift das Stellglied 14 in eine drehbare Gewindeaufnahme ein, so daß bei Betätigung der Spindel die Klemmbacke 3 winklig zum Halter 1 verstellt werden kann. 1. 2. Clamping device according to claim 1, characterised in that the actuatable first clamping jaw (2) and the angularly-adjustable second clamping jaw (3) are mounted on a common shaft (5) of the holder (1).

Clamping device according to claim 1, characterised in that the angularly adjustable second clamping jaw (3) is provided, in the region of its rear sides (6), with two hinge plates (7) articulated on the shaft (5) and corresponding hinge plates (8) seated on the shaft (5) are disposed on the holder.
4. Clamping device according to claim 3, characterised in that the hinge plates (7, 8) are provided with locking elements (10) on their adjoining side surfaces (9).
5. Clamping device according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that in at least one of the hinge plates (8) of the holder (1) there is disposed a clamping jaw fixing ring (11) which is axially movable relative to the shaft (5) but secured against rotation and provided with locking elements (10).
6. Clamping device according to claim 1, characterised in that the angularly adjustable second clamping jaw (3) is mounted on its own shaft (5˝) or on a common shaft (5) with the first clamping jaw (2) and is hinged to a positioning member (14) mounted on the holder (1).
