Definitions
- the invention relates to a process water storage tank with devices for preventing the maintenance and multiplication of harmful germs of a process water volume located in a heatable system according to the preamble of the main claim.
- Such a domestic hot water tank is known, for example, from DE-A-25 36 529.
- Another relevant status of Tecknik is represented by GB-A-353657 and 1331618 "arranged in the lower floor area" means that the inner heater, on the one hand, is as close as possible with its lowermost part, ie at a relatively short distance from the lower floor of the brunch water storage tank is arranged, on the other hand, such an arrangement stands in such a way that the outgoing return connection from the inner heater, which must be led out of the bottom of the memory, is designed as a pipe bend, which requires a corresponding distance of the inner heater from the bottom when the leg penetrating the bottom of the pipe bend should penetrate the bottom wall vertically or approximately vertically.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to improve a domestic hot water tank of the type mentioned above in such a way that the internal heater can be arranged as close as possible to the wall of the container bottom and passage openings can be created with an easily realized passage contour.
- the inner heater Due to the miter cut or the miter approach of the pipe section leading out of the interior of the container, it is easily possible to associate the inner heater with its near-ground course part with minimal distance to the floor, the pipe end leading out reaching through the floor vertically or approximately vertically, so that the opening cross-section also can correspond to the pipe cross-section corresponding to a small oversize. This also applies in the event that the interior heater, with its portion running in the area of the floor, is formed spirally to the center of the floor and the connecting end is arranged there in the middle.
- an embossed shape is advantageously provided in the bottom wall of the container in such a way that the embossing is penetrated perpendicularly by the connection end of the inner heater.
- Such an embossing can also be formed as a circular circumferential embossing in the bottom wall, which applies in particular to the case where the inner heater should be a helically coiled inner heater.
- the container bottom can advantageously be provided with a curvature directed into the interior of the container, which ensures that the cold water flowing into its area is automatically distributed outwards to the slightly lower areas of the container bottom.
- This possible embodiment is of particular interest for helical coiled inner heaters, since the central region above the floor cannot be detected with its lower run.
- the internal heater is a combination of a spirally coiled lower part and a cylindrical or helically coiled upper part
- the lead-side connection end of the spirally coiled part of the inner heater is laterally made of the cylindrical or approximately cylindrical part led out of the bottom and arranged in the cylindrical part of the container of the helically coiled part and from the end led out through the cylindrical wall an outer connecting line is led to the lead-side connection end of the spiral part.
- the connection end of the spirally coiled part to the upper part of the inner heater located above is led out laterally from the bottom of the container.
- connection ends of the cylindrically coiled inner heater can be provided for the connection ends of the cylindrically coiled inner heater, but is not absolutely necessary there, since the upper part of the inner heater can be arranged at a sufficient distance from the cylindrical wall of the container, so that it is possible for this part to be known Way to provide the ends of this part with conventional elbow connections.
- the return connection end 1 of the internal heater 2 is provided with a 45 ° miter cut 3, the connection end provided with a corresponding miter cut 3, which passes through the bottom 5 of the container 6 in a liquid-tight manner, at the end 1 the inner heater 2 is attached.
- a miter connection can also be provided at the forward end 1 'of such a spirally coiled internal heater, regardless of whether only one such internal heater is arranged in the storage container 6 or another cylindrical coiled internal heater 2 'Is connected upstream.
- This miter design thus replaces the otherwise customary pipe bends, which require space and wall distance, and which would conflict with an arrangement of the interior heaters as close as possible to the wall, as shown.
- a shaped embossment 7 is arranged in the bottom wall 8 in accordance with FIG. 2 using the example of a cylindrically coiled inner heater 2' on the bottom 5 of the container 6 such that the embossing 7 extends perpendicularly from the connecting end 4 can be.
- connection end with miter goes vertically downwards, but it is also possible, also with miter, the end 4, as indicated by dashed lines, laterally to let run out of the vertical wall of the embossing 7, the end 4 then extending approximately in the same plane as the lowermost part of the pipe string.
- the embossing 7 according to FIG. 3 is advantageously formed as a circular circumferential embossing in the wall 8 of the base 5, whereby the bottom strand of such an internal heater can be assigned even more deeply to the bottom of the container .
- FIG. 4 it is also possible, as shown in FIG. 4, to provide the container bottom 5 with a curvature 9 directed into the interior of the container, which results in the bottom shape shown in section in FIG. 4, which also has a spiral-shaped inner heater could be adjusted accordingly.
- This bottom shape has the advantage that centrally flowing cold water is distributed through the inward curvature 9 to the side in the area of the inner heater and is heated there.
- the lead-side connection end 10 of the spirally coiled part of the inner heater 2 in the sense of the embodiment according to FIG. 5 is led out laterally from the cylindrical or approximately cylindrical part 11 of the bottom 5, and in the cylindrical part 11 'of the container 6 is a helical coiled part of the inner heater 2 'arranged, from the end through which the cylindrical wall 13 leads an outer connecting line 14 to the lead-side connection end 10 of the spiral part of the inner heater 2.
- the lower part of the inner heater 2 takes over the nucleation-preventing function in the bottom area, while the inner heater 2 'takes over the essential part of the heating of the domestic water located in the storage tank.
- the assembly or assembly of such a domestic hot water tank is particularly advantageous in that it is the lower one Floor with its inner heater 2 and the cylindrical part with its inner heater 2 'made separately and these parts can then be easily joined, after which only the outer connecting line 14 is to be attached. If both inner heater parts were connected to an inner connecting line, this would make it difficult to assemble the domestic hot water tank.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a process water storage tank with devices for preventing the maintenance and multiplication of harmful germs of a process water volume located in a heatable system according to the preamble of the main claim.
Such a domestic hot water tank is known, for example, from DE-A-25 36 529. Another relevant status of Tecknik is represented by GB-A-353657 and 1331618 "arranged in the lower floor area" means that the inner heater, on the one hand, is as close as possible with its lowermost part, ie at a relatively short distance from the lower floor of the brunch water storage tank is arranged, on the other hand, such an arrangement stands in such a way that the outgoing return connection from the inner heater, which must be led out of the bottom of the memory, is designed as a pipe bend, which requires a corresponding distance of the inner heater from the bottom when the leg penetrating the bottom of the pipe bend should penetrate the bottom wall vertically or approximately vertically. If one wanted to bring the inner heater closer to the floor despite the existing pipe bend, this would lead to a penetration opening that deviates from the circular shape and is relatively complex to manufacture. Such an allocation of the internal heater to the floor as close as possible in order to fully cover the cold water layer located there should be aimed at in order to prevent the preservation and multiplication of harmful germs (so-called Legionella).
The invention is therefore based on the object to improve a domestic hot water tank of the type mentioned above in such a way that the internal heater can be arranged as close as possible to the wall of the container bottom and passage openings can be created with an easily realized passage contour.
This object is achieved with a domestic hot water tank of the type mentioned according to the invention by the features stated in the characterizing part of the main claim. Advantageous further developments result from the subclaims.
Due to the miter cut or the miter approach of the pipe section leading out of the interior of the container, it is easily possible to associate the inner heater with its near-ground course part with minimal distance to the floor, the pipe end leading out reaching through the floor vertically or approximately vertically, so that the opening cross-section also can correspond to the pipe cross-section corresponding to a small oversize. This also applies in the event that the interior heater, with its portion running in the area of the floor, is formed spirally to the center of the floor and the connecting end is arranged there in the middle. If an eccentric outlet and / or access should be provided for the inner heater, then an embossed shape is advantageously provided in the bottom wall of the container in such a way that the embossing is penetrated perpendicularly by the connection end of the inner heater. Such an embossing can also be formed as a circular circumferential embossing in the bottom wall, which applies in particular to the case where the inner heater should be a helically coiled inner heater.
Regardless of whether the interior heater is a spirally coiled interior heater adapted to the shape of the floor or a helically coiled interior heater or a combination of these two interiors the container bottom can advantageously be provided with a curvature directed into the interior of the container, which ensures that the cold water flowing into its area is automatically distributed outwards to the slightly lower areas of the container bottom. This possible embodiment is of particular interest for helical coiled inner heaters, since the central region above the floor cannot be detected with its lower run.
Another advantageous embodiment of the domestic hot water tank, in which the internal heater is a combination of a spirally coiled lower part and a cylindrical or helically coiled upper part, is that the lead-side connection end of the spirally coiled part of the inner heater is laterally made of the cylindrical or approximately cylindrical part led out of the bottom and arranged in the cylindrical part of the container of the helically coiled part and from the end led out through the cylindrical wall an outer connecting line is led to the lead-side connection end of the spiral part. Here, according to the invention, the connection end of the spirally coiled part to the upper part of the inner heater located above is led out laterally from the bottom of the container. The same can be provided for the connection ends of the cylindrically coiled inner heater, but is not absolutely necessary there, since the upper part of the inner heater can be arranged at a sufficient distance from the cylindrical wall of the container, so that it is possible for this part to be known Way to provide the ends of this part with conventional elbow connections.
The domestic hot water tank according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing of exemplary embodiments.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 2, the return connection end 1 of the
If eccentric outlets of the
In this context, it is also possible, as shown in FIG. 4, to provide the
