Abstract

The invention relates to a guide rail for an inclined lift. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the roughly U-shaped guide rail having a web and two legs has an additional supporting rail in the area between its two legs, which supporting rail forms a running surface for the bottom idler. This measure enables an additional inner guide rail (rail O) to be allocated to the inclined lift without the dimensions of the idler assemblies or of the further guide rails 1 - n having to be changed. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a guide rail for the support roller set, which is mounted on a load suspension device of an inclined elevator and is formed from upper rollers and lower rollers, the lower rollers being arranged running between the legs of the essentially U-shaped guide rail.

Such guide rails are known (DE-OS 35 41 836) which form a plurality of profiles which are brought together and on which the so-called carriage of a load-carrying means is guided by means of upper and lower rollers. The upper and lower rollers are usually mounted in rockers (DE-PS 32 22 508); the distance between the upper roller resting on the upper leg of the U-shaped guide rail and the lower roller underneath this leg must be selected such that all Guide rails can be retracted without causing constraints between the top roller and bottom roller. The lower role has at d. T. belonging idler sets only a safety function against lifting the carriage, ie against tilting the carriage against the direction of the elevator. The force to be transmitted from the load receptacle on the guide rails is mainly transmitted from the upper rollers to the upper sides of the upper legs of the U-shaped guide rails.

In practice, there is difficulty in determining the distance between the lower edge of the upper roller and the upper edge of the lower roller so that _ depending on the number of guide rails to be moved into each other _ there are no constraints between the upper roller and lower roller when the inclined elevator is fully retracted, on the other hand, however, there is no inadmissibly large play between the upper roller and lower roller, for example if the slide only passes over the last (upper) telescopic section. It can be seen that due to the distance between the top roller and the bottom roller depending on the number of telescopic sections used, there must inevitably be considerable play between the upper leg of the last (upper) guide rail and the bottom roller if it is on the top leg of the last ( upper) guide rail is moved. At the same time, this means that the lower roller _ very closely approaches the rungs, which serve to connect the lower legs of the _ for example last _ guide rail, particularly with their flange _.

From the above it follows that the dimension of the last (upper) guide rail is forcibly specified; However, based on the dimensioning of this last guide rail, the dimensioning of the subsequent guide rails of a larger cross section necessarily results. This specifies the maximum achievable elevator lengths when using certain cross sections.

The object of the invention is to increase the effective elevator length with essentially the same _ that is, with the _ idler roller spacing previously used, taking into account the permissible play, or to make the inclined elevator cheaper when using the same number of guide rails.

The invention thus solves the idea that the top roller must fundamentally rest as a supporting element of the top of the upper leg of the guide rails. By additionally assigning a support rail to the last (upper) guide rail, the lower roller is included as a supporting role. The upper roller lifts slightly above the last (upper) guide rail from the top of the upper leg of the last guide rail during the process.

With the solution according to the invention, it is now possible to assign a guide rail 0, which is formed, for example, from the guide rails 1-6 (counting from the inside to the outside), which serves instead of the previous guide rail 1 as a last guide rail which can be pulled out by hand. An inclined elevator formed from the previous guide rails 1-6 can thus a length of the guide rail, namely by the length of the guide rail 0, without the dimensions of the guide rails 1-6 having to be changed. This results in an additional extension option for the inclined elevator.

On the other hand _ if you want to do without an extension of the inclined elevator _ an inclined elevator formed from the previous guide rails 1-6 can now be formed from the guide rails 0-5, which inevitably leads to a cheaper embodiment, since each of the guide rails with the same extension length by one Unit can be made smaller.

According to the invention, the support rail, which runs between the legs of the U-profile and runs parallel to them, the upper side of which forms the running surface for the lower roller, can be designed differently.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized by the subclaims.

Thus, the support rail is preferably designed as a hollow profile, the hollow profile can either be designed as a rectangular tube (claim 6) or together with parts of the web and the lower leg of the U-shaped guide rail forms a one-piece hollow profile as a particularly preferred embodiment.

A corresponding retraction can be provided as a receiving pocket for a rung.

The invention accordingly presents itself according to claim 7, that the guide rail according to claim 1 forms the last, ie the innermost guide rail of an inclined elevator formed from a plurality of telescopic guide rails, the upper legs of all guide rails _ with the exception of the last _ forming the running surface for the upper rollers on their upper sides, while exclusively the last guide rail has a running between the legs of the U-profile and parallel to this support rail, the top of which forms the running surface for the lower roller.

The last guide rail is preferably a rail that can be pulled out by hand; However, the invention is not left when the guide rail in question is included in the actively telescopic area of the other guide rails.

It goes without saying that the rungs connecting the lower legs of the second to last guide rail can advantageously be of a somewhat reduced height compared to the known embodiment in order to avoid unnecessarily strong lifting of the top roller.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.

Mit 20′ ist eine Sprosse bezeichnet. welche jeweils die unteren Schenkel zueinanderweisender U-Profile verbindet.1 shows an inclined elevator 7, partially shown in cross section, which is essentially formed from the guide rails 1-6. The guide rail 1 is an approximately U-shaped profile with the legs b and b '. The guide rails 2-6 are roughly the same, i.e. they have a lower double leg as shown at c 'and simple upper leg c-g. With 20 'is called a rung. which connects the lower legs of mutually facing U-profiles.

From Fig. 1 it can also be seen that a free space 24 is formed between the upper roller 8 and the lower roller 9, which is required to accommodate the legs b-g of the guide rails 1-6. The inner guide rail 1 is an extension rail that can be extended by hand.

From Fig. 1 it can be seen that when moving the load suspension means, not shown, the idler roller set 10 automatically lowers on the guide rail 1, so that almost the entire free space 24 is located below the leg b. It can also be seen that the flange 22 of the lower roller 9 (still) goes free from the cross belt designated 20 '.

Fig. 3 shows that when assigning another, with 0 'designated guide rail, which corresponds in structure to the rail 1, and whose upper leg would necessarily be below the reference line 21, the flange 22 collides with the rung 20' of the rail that beyond that in particular there was no longer any possibility, the lower leg of the rail 0 'by rungs 18 '' to connect because the flange 22 or the lower roller 9 would cut these rungs 18 ''.

Fig. 4 shows that the assignment of a rail 0 is possible according to the solution according to the invention. The guide rail 0 shown in FIG. 4 can be fully integrated into the previous system (see also FIGS. 6-8). By forming a support rail 11 lying in the rail 0, on the running surface 12 of which the lower roller 9 can be supported, it is possible to raise the lower roller 9 or the wheel flange 22 associated therewith to such an extent that a sufficiently strong connection of adjacent guide rails 0 and 1 by rungs 18 and 20 is possible. 5, the upper roller 8 lifts somewhat from the upper leg a of the rail 0 to form a small gap 23. Fig. 4 clearly shows that if the rails 1-6 are retained by assigning the rail 0 according to the invention, the inclined lift can be extended by one rail length. Since the rail 0 is a rail that can be pulled out by hand and is usually supported on the roof of a house, this can be made somewhat thinner in terms of its wall thickness dimension, the hollow profile-like design of the support rail 11 of the guide rail 0 in particular imparting sufficient rigidity.

Anhand der Fig. 4 soll nachfolgend verdeutlich werden, welche Abmessungen vorzugsweise Verwendung finden:4, the following is intended to clarify which dimensions are preferably used:

The center distance x (see also Fig. 6) between the top roller and bottom roller is 69 mm. The roller diameter of the lower roller and the upper roller is 40 mm at the roller base, ie at the wheel flange. The leg thickness of the leg a der Guide rail 0 is 3 mm; the thigh thickness of the legs bg of the guide rails 1-6 is 4 mm in each case. A play of 2 mm is to be added, so that there is a clearance of 39 mm between the upper roll 8 and the lower roll 9, which is completely filled by the leg thicknesses ag plus the play of 2 mm.

The assignment of the rail 0 is thus possible without having to change the previously usual center distance x of the rollers or without changing the previously usual roller diameter y.

Fig. 7 shows that the invention can basically be implemented using a hollow profile 14 which is designed as a rectangular tube 19. Between the rectangular tube 19 and the lower leg a 'a rung designated 18' can be arranged.

Fig. 8 illustrates a one-piece profile for the rail 0; here, with the inclusion of a portion of the web 15 and a portion of the leg a ', a hollow profile 13 is formed, the shorter rectangular side 16 of which has a recess 17, which forms a receiving pocket for a rung to be welded in.
