Claims (7)

1. Poutre faîtière comportant un élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération (1; 300) de faîtage utilisant des orifices d'aération (18; 21) et comportant une protection faîtière (4), qui entoure partiellement la poutre faîtière (2) et à laquelle se raccordent selon un angle variable, sur les deux côtés longitudinaux, des battants qui recouvrent d'une façon étanche, mais avec une possibilité d'aération, les zones de bord, situées du côté du faîte, des plaques de recouvrement de toit caractérisée en ce que
a) la protection faîtière (4) porte en tant qu'entretoises, de façon isolée sur son côté inférieur (16) tourné vers la poutre faîtière (2), des tasseaux (17) ou des saillies d'espacement (34) et/ou sur son côté extérieur, en particulier son côté supérieur, des supports (19), des tasseaux d'appui (20) et/ou des boutons (31), qui permettent un courant d'air dans les sens transversal et longitudinal vis-à-vis de la poutre faîtière (2) et au-dessus de l'élément (1) d'étanchéité et de désaération de faîtage,
b) la protection faîtière (4) se compose, en coupe transversale d'un profil rectangulaire (11) ouvert vers le bas, comportant des flancs latéraux (29) qui maintiennent une distance vis-à-vis des côtés de la poutre faîtière (2),
c) et en ce que les battants (5, 6) sont raccordés selon un angle variable dans la zone des arêtes d'extrémité des flancs latéraux (29) de la protection faîtière (4).
2. Poutre faîtière comportant un élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération de faîtage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les battants (5, 6) sont articulés sur la poutre faîtière (4) par des charnières (9, 10), des bandes flexibles (30) ou des soufflets.
3. Poutre faîtière comportant un élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération de faîtage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la charnière (9, 10) est mobile par degrés, par exemple à l'aide d'entretoises à cliquet prévues à l'intérieur de la charnière.
4. Poutre faîtière et élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération de faîtage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisés en ce que la protection faîtière (4) comporte les ouverturres d'aération (18; 21) en profils rectangulaires (11) et/ou dans ses entretoises d'espacement (12, 13).
5. Poutre faîtière et élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération de faîtage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisés en ce que les battants (5, 6) supportent, au moins dans la zone de leurs arêtes extérieures, des supports (23, 24) agencés en rangée à distance l'un de l'autre.
6. Poutre faîtière et élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération de faîtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comportant, sous chacun des battants, des bandes d'étanchéité, caractérisés en ce que les bandes d'étanchéité (25, 26) sont en une nappe en fibre artificielle, à longs poils, perméable à l'air.
7. Poutre faîtière et élément couvrant d'étanchéité et d'aération de faîtage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisés en ce que les arêtes (27) des battants (5, 6) sont recourbées vers le bas et vers l'intérieur en forme de C.
