Abstract

Zur Abführung hoher Verlustleistungen sind die S/E-Module (4) an einer flüssigkeitsgekühlten Montageplatte (3) befestigt. Neben einer wirkungsvollen Kühlung der S/E-Module wird durch die Anordnung der Montageplatte (3) hinter den Strahlerelementen (1) ein kompaktes und hinsichtlich der Leitungsführung optimales Konzept sowie Schutz gegen Ortungssysteme mit auf Wärmestrahlung ansprechenden Sensoren erreicht.
