Claims (15)

1. Elektrischer Kontaktgeber der Bauart mit einem Gehäuse (100), das mindestens ein Paar elektrische Kontakte (600, 650) trägt und einen Stößel (400) beherbergt, der zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Arbeitsstellung gleiten kann, um den Verbindungszustand der elektrischen Kontakte zu verändern, sowie eine Rückstellfeder (700), welche den Stößel in seine Ruhestellung drängt, wobei das Kontaktpaar (600, 650) mindestens ein Element (640, 642) aufweist, das quer zur Verschiebungsbahn des Stößels (400) bei dessen Bewegung verlagert wird, um die Kontakte zu öffnen oder schliessen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kontaktgeber außerdem einen Taster (200) aufweist, der durch Reibeingriff mit dem Stößel (400) zusammenwirkt und aus dem Äußeren des Gehäuses hervorragt, wobei der Taster (200) und der Stößel (400) anfänglich sich parallel zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses (100) bewegen können, während das Gehäuse (100) einen axialen Anschlag (610) aufweist, der die Verlagerung des Stößels (400) in Richtung auf die Arbeitsstellung begrenzt, und daß eine Muffenführung (500) einen axialen Anschlag (560) besitzt, der die Verlagerung des Tasters (200) in Richtung auf die Arbeitsstellung begrenzt, derart, daß die korrekte Relativstellung zwischen Taster (200) und Stößel (400) erreicht wird, wenn diese beiden Bauteile an ihren entsprechenden Anschlägen zur Anlage kommen.
2. Kontaktgeber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elektrische Kontaktpaar zwei Lamellen (600, 650) aufweist, die symmetrisch bezüglich der Achse (112) des Gehäuses (100) sind.
3. Kontaktgeber nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lamelle (600, 650) mindestens einen elastischen Arm (620, 630, 640) aufweist, der sich im wesentlichen parallel zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses (100) erstreckt und eine Kontaktwarze (642) trägt.
4. Kontaktgeber nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der Kontaktwarzen (642) quer zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses verlaufen und diese Achse schneiden.

Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder elektrischer Kontakt eine Lamelle (600, 650) aufweist, die eine quer zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses sich erstreckende Befestigungsplatte (610), ein im wesentlichen zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses (100) paralleles Kontaktplättchen (640) und zwei elastische Schenkel (620, 630) in "U"-Form aufweist, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses liegen und das Kontaktplättchen (640) mit der Befestigungsplatte (610) verbinden, wobei sie eine Verlagerung des Kontaktplättchens (640) quer zur Achse (112) des Kontaktgebers zulassen.
6. Kontaktgeber nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsplatte mit einem Durchgangsloch (612) versehen ist, das von einem Kragen (614) umgeben ist, mittels dem die Befestigungsplatte (610) einen Kontaktklotz (800, 820) umgreift.

Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (400) gleitend mittels einer Muffe (500) geführt ist, welche außerdem eine dichte Trennung zwischen einem Raum, welcher das auf den Kontaktgeber wirkende aktive Organ enthält, und den elektrischen Kontakten (600, 650) abstützt.

Kontaktgeber nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (500) eine Hülse (510) umfaßt, welche eine Aufnahme (512) begrenzt, die den Stößel (400) gleitbar aufnimmt, ferner einen ersten Ring (524), der den Körper (410) des Stößels umgibt und greift, sowie mindestens einen zweiten Ring (532, 534), der sich am Gehäuse (100) abstützt, um Dichtheit am äußeren Umfang der Muffe (500) zu gewährleisten.
9. Kontaktgeber nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (500) mit Ausrichtmitteln (540, 542; 544, 546) versehen ist, die eine genaue Winkelausrichtung der Muffe (500) im Gehäuse (100) gewährleisten.
10. Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Anschlag (610), der die Verlagerung des Stößels (400) begrenzt, von einer mit den Kontakten (600, 650) einstückigen Platte (610) gebildet ist.
11. Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (400) mindestens einen Führungsarm (430) aufweist, der zur Anlage an dem zugeordneten axialen Anschlag (610) kommen kann.
12. Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (400) mit dem Taster (200) über einen mit dem Stößel (400) einstückigen Zapfen (412) verbunden ist, der Längsrillen aufweist und in einer entsprechenden Aufnahme (218) im Taster sitzt.

Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (400) zwei Steuerarme (420) aufweist, die axial und symmetrisch zueinander verlaufen und dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen zwei Kontaktlamellen (600, 650) und die von diesen getragenen Kontaktwarzen (642) einzutauchen.
14. Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (400) einstückig mit einem Taster (200) verbunden ist, der in das Äußere des Gehäuses (100) hineinragt, eine kugelförmige Hülle (210) aufweist und mit mindestens einem Querkanal (212, 214, 216) versehen ist.
15. Kontaktgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er umfaßt:
- ein Gehäuse (100), welches aufweist:
- ein Kontaktlamellenpaar (600, 650) aus elektrisch leitendem Werkstoff mit Kontaktplättchen (640), welche Kontaktwarzen (642) tragen, die geeignet sind, miteinander in Berührung zu kommen,
- einen Taster (200), der von der Außenseite des Gehäuses (100) in dieses eintaucht und parallel zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses gleiten kann,
- einen mit dem Taster (200) festen Stößel (400), der parallel zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses gleitend in eine Ruhestellung und eine Arbeitsstellung verschiebbar ist und so zwischen die Kontaktplättchen (640) gelangen kann, um diese quer zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses zu verlagern und so den Verbindungszustand der Warzen (642) zu verändern,
- eine von dem Stößel (400) durchsetzte Muffe (500), welche den Stößel (400) gleitend parallel zur Achse (112) des Gehäuses führt und eine dichte Trennung zwischen dem Raum, welcher das auf den Kontaktgeber wirkende aktive Organ enthält, und den elektrischen Kontakten (600, 650) gewährleistet, und
- eine zwischen die Muffe (500) und den Taster (200) eingeschaltete Feder (700), welche den Taster (200) und den Stößel (400) in die Ruhestellung drängt.
