A clothing ornamentation device adapted to be fitted to a button inserted in a buttonhole, said device of the type including a body of revolution (1) which is hollow partly or totally on the inside in order to house or maintain in position said button (B) so that the periphery of the latter can serve as a guide and its axis serves as a rotation axis for said body of revolution, the firts base (2) of the latter being or constituting the jewel by itself or serves as a support for decorative means or fixation for any object or piece of jewellery, the second base (2a) terminating in a short ramp provided with a dull point, said ramp to be used for getting through the button hole of a garment, said device wherein the body of revolution is a cylindrical body and that the second base (2a) being provided with a perpendicular strip forming a lug (3) substantially in the direction of the generatrices of said cylindrical body getting through the button hole of a garment (V) in order, once in position, to stop rotation of the whole device in both directions and constituting the start of an open ring (4) axed on cylindrical body (1) and parallel to the second base (2a) terminating in a short helicoidal ramp opening from said second base and provided with a dull point (5).
2. A clothing ornamentation device according to claim 1, wherein non-hollow part inside periphery of cylindrical body (1) is constituting abutment areas (6, 7 and 8) for at least three sectors of the periphery of a button (B) introduced inside of said cylindrical body (1).
