caractérisée en ce que ladite base comporte une zone périphérique (5) prévue pour être soudée sur ledit récipient et en ce que la partie de ladite zone périphéri­que (5), recouverte par ladite languette de liaison repliée lorsque l'obturateur est logé dans ledit orifice (2), comporte un évidement (24) permettant d'y loger au moins partiellement la partie correspondante (4A) de ladite languette de liaison (4).
