Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung fließfähiger Suspensionen mit definierter Konsistenz durch Zusetzen reiner Flüssig­ phase zu fließfähigen Rohsuspensionen unbekannter Kon­ sistenz mit geringem apparativen und regeltechnischen Aufwand, unter Nutzung technologisch vorhandener Größen als Maßgrößen zur Regelung und ohne gesonderte Be­ stimmung der Rohsuspension. Gemäß dem Verfahren fließt eine definierte Menge Rohsuspension aus einem Behälter (1) durch ein vertikal angeordnetes Auslaufrohr (2) zeitlich so überlagert mit einem konstanten Flüssig­ phasenstrom in einen Auffangbehälter, daß das gewünschte Gemisch entsteht. Alternativ fließt die Rohsuspension unbekannter Konsistenz in einer bestimmten Auslaufzeit aus dem Behälter (1) durch das vertikal angeordnete Auslaufrohr (2) in den Auffangbehälter (3), wobei die Flüssigphase in Abhängigkeit eines, der Auslaufzeit zugeordnete Standardvolumens VS, entstehenden Diffe­ renzvolumens ΔV im Auffangbehälter (3) zugeführt wird.
