Claims (6)

1. Heizvorrichtung mit einem Hauptbrenner (10), dessen Zündung durch einen Pilotzündbrenner (1) erhalten wird, in welcher Vorrichtung:
a) - der Pilotzündbrenner (1) aufweist:
eine Vormischkammer (2) für das Mischen von die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und von brennbarem Gas,
- eine Brennkammer (6), an welcher ein Ende der Vormischkammer mündet,
- eine Zufuhr (3, 31) für die die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft, die mit der Vormischkammer (2) in Verbindung steht, und die örtlich eine Verengung mit einem Durchgang (16) für die die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft aufweist,
- eine Zufuhr (4, 30) für brennbares Gas, welche mit der Vormischkammer (2) in Verbindung steht, und eine kalibrierte Öffnung (19) für den Durchgang des brennbaren Gases aufweist,
- eine Zündelektrode (11) für das Gemisch von die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und brennbarem Gas, und
- ein metallisches Gitter (5) für die Stabilisierung der Flamme, welches quer über dem Ende der Vormischkammer (2) angeordnet ist, wodurch diese letztere mit der Brennkammer (6) in Verbindung steht, wobei die Zündelektrode (11) quer durch das Gitter (5) montiert ist, um das Gemisch von die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und brennbaren Gas zu entflammen, welche im wesentlichen in ihrer Gesamtheit in der Vormischkammer (2) gemischt wurden,
b) - der Hauptbrenner (10) eine Brennkammer (6) aufweist, die durch ihre geeigneten Zufuhren (33, 35) mit dem Gemisch von die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und brennbarem Gas versorgtwird, wobei diese Brennkammer, die mit der des Pilotbrenners gemeinsam ist, mit einem Teil der Vormischkammer (2) des Pilotbrenners in einem Bad (7) der zu erhitzenden Flüssigkeit eingetaucht ist,
c) die die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft dem Pilotbrenner und dem Hauptbrennerdurch eine selbe Versorgungsquelle (32) geliefert wird und
d) Regulierungsmittel (22, 23) für das Gemisch von die Vebrennung bewirkender Luft und brennbarem Gas für die Versorgung des Pilotbrenners vorgesehen sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pilotzündbrenner (1) am Eingang der Verbrennungskammer des Hauptbrenners (10) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu diesem angebracht ist, und daß er sich in die Brennkammer nur auf eine verringerte Tiefe erstreckt.

Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhr (3) für die die Vebrennung bewirkende Luft des Pilotzündbrenners (1) direkt in ihre Vormischkammer (2) mündet und die Verengung, welche diese Luftzufuhr mit dem Durchgang für die die Verbrennung bewirkende Luft aufweist, eine Membrane (17) hat, durch welche eine Öffnung (16) angebracht ist, deren Maße die Bildung eines Überdruckes in der Vormischkammer sicherstellen.
4. Heizvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pilotzündbrenner auch eine lonisationselektrode (27) aufweist, welche quer durch das Flammenstabilisationsgitter (5) angebracht ist.

Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zündelektroden (11) und lonisationselektroden (27) des Pilotzündbrenners zum zentralen Teil des Flammenstabilisationsgitters (5) hin angebracht sind, im wesentlichen parallel zur Strömungsrichtung des brennbaren Gemisches, welches von der Vormischkammer (2) zur Brennkammer (6) hin zirkuliert.
6. Zünverfahren des Hauptbrenners einer Heizvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche mittels eines Pilotbrenners, in welchem Verfahren:
- man die Vormischkammer (2) des Pilotbrenners mit der die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und brennbarem Gas versorgt, in einem Verhältnis die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft/brennbares Gas, unter ihrer stöchiometrischen Dosierung, und daß man das sich ergebende unterstöchiometrische Gemisch durch das Gitter zu der Brennkammer (6) hin zirkulieren läßt,
- man außerdem zu derselben Brennkammer (6) über die Zufuhren (33, 35) des Hauptbrenners (10), ein Gemisch von die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft und brennbarem Gas mit einem Verhälhis von die Verbrennung bewirkender Luft/brennbarem Gas ausreichend höher als ihre stöchiometrische Dosierung liefert, um ein stöchiometrisches Gemisch zwischen den Gasen zu erhalten, die direkt zu der Brennkammer (6) geliefert werden, und denen, die quer durch das Flammenstabilisationsgitter (5) geliefert werden, und man zu diesem Gitter mindestens einen Teil des überstöchiometrischen Gemisches leitet, welches direkt zu der Brennkammer (6) geliefert wurde;
- und man das in dieser Brennkammer (6) enthaltene Gasgemisch, ausgehend von der Zündelektrode (11) des Pilotbrenners, entflammt.
