3. Device according to either one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the latch (7) comprises an inclined inner edge (7a) which is substantially parallel (13) to the tab (6).
4. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the outer edge of the inclined tab (6) presents, opposite the lower edge of the latch (7), a boss (8) to which the outer edge of the tab (6) joins by a concave part (9).

Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the notch forming catch (11) is defined between a relatively narrow upper part (12) forming cap for the latch (7) and terminating in a tip (13) curved downwardly so as to grip behind the latch (7) in locked position of closure, and a lower part constituted by a head (14) of which the front edge (14a) is substantially parallel to the inner edge (7a) of the latch (7) and the tap (6) in locked position of closure.
6. Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the head (14) is connected to the body of the second arm (2) by a narrow part (15) defined by a rear recess (11 a) extending the notch (11), which gives the head (14) a certain suppleness facilitating locking.
7. Device according to either one of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the outer edge of the second arm (12), i.e. the one opposite the teeth (5), joins, via a concave part (16), a boss (17) which rearwardly extends the cap (12).
8. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that it is fast with a label-holder (24) which is advantageously moulded with the anti-theft device (21) made of plastics material.
9. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that it is constituted by two elementary anti-theft devices (21) which are joined together by a connecting yarn (25) which is advantageously made of the same plastics material as that constituting the devices (21), this making it possible to manufacture, on one sole occasion, by injection of plastics material, the two devices (21) with their connecting yarn (25) to which may also be attached a label-holder (24) obtained in the course of the same injection moulding operation.
