Bei der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Vorrichtung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß vor der Befüllung zunächst der Nachlaufkolben im Behälterinnenraum dem Nennfüllvolumen der verwendeten üblichen Füllanlage entsprechend angeordnet wird, so daß unterhalb des Kolbens ein Ausgleichsraum verbleibt. Danach wird der Behälter durch das andere noch offene Ende hindurch mit dem pastösen Produkt mittels der üblichen Füllanlage befüllt, wie dies beispielsweise auch bei normalen Cremetiegeln durchgeführt wird. Nach der Befüllung wird das Kopfstück auf das noch offene Ende des Behälters aufgesetzt, wonach der Spender vollständig geschlossen ist. Da die Füllanlagen üblicherweise Fülltoleranzen haben, es also zu einer Überfüllung des Behälters kommen kann, die wiederum ein unerwünschtes Herausdrücken des pastösen Produktes durch das Kopfstück zur Folge haben würde, wird auf den Nachlaufkolben durch geeignete Mittel eine Widerstandskraft ausgeübt, die bis zum Überschreiten einer vorbestimmbaren oberen Druckgrenze im Behälterinnenraum oberhalb des Nachlaufkolbens einem Ausweichen des Nachlaufkolbens in den Ausgleichsraum entgegenwirkt. Mit anderen Worten bedeutet dies, daß bei zu großer Befüllung des Behälters das Produkt aufgrund der übermäßigen Druckerhöhung beim Aufsetzen des Kopfstückes den Nachlaufkolben in den Ausgleichsraum verdrängt, so daß ein unerwünschtes Herausdrücken des Produktes durch das Kopfstück sicher vermieden wird.
