Claims (7)
- Rührwerkdeckel mit Ausguß für Grundfarbenbehälter auf Rührwerken, der folgendes aufweist:- mindestens ein Befestigungselement (3) auf einem Farbenbehälter (1);- eine Ausgußtülle (13), deren Öffnungsabschnitt (15) absolut eben ist;- ein Zugelement (17), das zum Öffnungsabschnitt (15) der Ausgußtülle komplementär und gleitend auf diesem angeordnet ist,- einen zweiarmigen Betätigungshebel (19), der am Deckel angelenkt und mit dem Zugelement verbunden ist, während er zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der das Zugelement die Ausgußtülle verschließt, und einer aufgezogenen Betriebsstellung bewegbar ist, in welcher die Farbe ausgegossen werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ausgestattet ist mit:- einer Blattfeder (23), die über ihren rückwärtigen Abschnitt am Deckel vor der Rührwerksachse (7) befestigt ist und auf der Vorderseite einen Schenkel (31) aufweist, der unter Druck gegen das Zugelement (17) anliegt, sowie im Abstand vom Befestigungspunkt (25) zwei vertikal nach unten gerichtete Laschen (29), die beiderseits der Längskanten des Zugelementes in deren unmittelbarer Nähe angeordnet sind, sowie mit- zwei zylindrischen Schraubenfedern (33), die einerseits mit jeder der Laschen (29) der Blattfeder und andererseits mit dem Zugelement in Höhe von dessen rückwärtigem Abschnitt verbunden sind. - Rührwerkdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Entlüftungsstutzen (59) aufweist, dessen oberer flacher Abschnitt unter das Zugelement (17) in der Gleitebene desselben zu liegen kommt, wobei das Zugelement so ausgebildet ist, daß es in Ruhestellung den Stutzen verschließt und in Betriebsstellung diesen öffnet, um so das Ausgießen der Farbe zu erleichtern.
- Rührwerkdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugelement (17) einen in der Mitte vorgesehenen Längsschlitz (53) aufweist, dessen Breite gleich dem Durchmesser der Führungsmuffe bzw. Führungshülse (9) der Rührwerksachse (7) ist und deren rückwärtiges Ende (55) in Ruhestellung auf der Hülse (9) zur Auflage kommt, wobei in Betriebsstellung der Schlitz den Entlüftungsstutzen (59) freigibt.
- Rührwerkdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugelement (17) mit dem Betätigungshebel (19) über einen Falz (37) verbunden ist, der an seinem rückwärtigen Ende ausgebildet ist und in einen Schlitz (39) eingreift, der im Winkel zwischen den beiden Armen des Betätigungshebels vorgesehen ist und mit dem unteren Rand (41) des Schlitzes des Hebels zusammenwirkt.
- Rührwerkdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlenkung des Betätigungshebels (19) auf dem Deckel durch Abstützung seines unteren Endes (43) auf dem Boden eines auf dem Deckel ausgeformten freien Raumes (45) erfolgt, welcher einen V-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei eine (47) seiner Wandungen vertikal verläuft und einen Anschlag nach vorn für den Hebel (19) bildet, der mittels der zylindrischen Schraubenfedern (33) in Ruhestellung gespannt wird, während die andere Wandung (51) für die Durchfederung bei Drehung des Hebels (19) schräg verläuft.
- Rührwerkdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung des Zugelementes (17) unter Führung durch kleine seitliche Wangen (57) erfolgt, welche entlang der Kanten der Ausgußtülle weiter nach hinten durch den Schlitz (53) ausgebildet sind und deren seitliche Kanten mit geringem Spiel entlang der Hülse (9) der Rührwerksachse gleiten, und die oben von der Blattfeder (23) begrenzt werden.
- Rührwerkdeckel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Ausnahme des aus Stahl gefertigten Zugelementes der Deckel aus Kunststoff geformt ist.
