Die beiden Spannbacken sind jeweils auf den einander zugekehrten Seite mit halbrun­den Ausnehmungen versehen, welche stirnseitig am Bund des abzuziehenden Lagerringes mehr oder weniger passend angesetzt und verspannt werden können, wenn eine entsprechende Ringrille vorhanden ist. Zum eigentlichen Abziehen des Lagerringes wird ein zusätzliches Ziehwerkzeug benötigt, das zwei an einem Balken befestigte Gewindebolzen aufweist, die in Gewindebohrungen der beiden Spannbacken einschraubbar sind, wobei in der Mitte des Balkens eine Druckspindel angeordnet ist, mit der mit Hilfe eines Druckstückes die Flanschnabe in axialer Richtung aus dem Lagerring herausdrückt werden kann.

An den einander zugekehr­ten Seiten sind die beiden Spannbacken 4 und 5 jeweils mit halbrunden Ausnehmungen 17 bzw. 18 versehen, die jeweils eine halbkreisförmige, im Querschnitt rechteckige bzw. quadra­tische, federartige Randrippe 19 bzw. 20 aufweisen, welche zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme unterschiedlicher, auf die äußere Form unterschiedlicher Lagerringe abgestimmte Spannschalen 21 und 22 bzw. 23 dienen.

Während die beiden Spannschalen 21 und 22 auf ihrer Innensei­te jeweils mit einer im Profil halbkreisförmigen, nach innen vorspringenden Ringrippe 30 versehen ist, weisen die Spannscha­le 23 und 23ʹ an ihren Unterkanten eine nach innen vorspringende Greifernase 31 auf, welche in entsprechenden Ausnehmungen 32 (Fig. 2) einer Radflanschnabe 3 den abzuziehenden Lagerring 2 stirnseitig hintergreifen können, wie es in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist. Für Lagerringe 2, die an ihrem Umfang eine Kugel-Laufrille 2ʹ aufweisen, werden Spannschalen 21 und 22 in der Spann­vorrichtung 1 fest eingespannt, welche auf ihren Innenseiten entsprechend profilierte Ringrippen 30 aufweisen, wie das in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist. Zum Herausdrücken der Radflanschnabe aus dem nach Fig. 2 oder 3 in die Spannvorrichtung 1 ein­gespannten Laggerring 2 kann entweder, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, eine Abziehglocke 33 verwendet werden, die einen Spannflansch 34 mit Durchstecköffnungen 36 bzw. 37 aufweist und mittels Schrauben 38, die in Gewindebohrungen 39 der beiden Spannbacken 4 und 5 oder Gewindebohrungen 40 der beiden Längsschenkel 6 und 7 einschraubbar sind, auf der Oberseite der Spannvorrichtung 1 befestigt werden kann. Mittels einer Druckspindel 41, die mit Hilfe eines Knebels 42 drehbar in einer zentralen Gewindeboh­rung 43 des Halses der Abziehglocke sitzt, kann mittels eines auf die Stirnseite der Hohlnabe 44 aufgesetzten Druckstückes 45 die Radflanschnabe 3 aus dem Lagerring 2 herausgedrückt werden. Dabei ist es zweckmäßig, die Spannvorrichtung 1 bei­spielsweise in einen Schraubstock einzuspannen, um an der Gewindespindel 41 das nötige Drehmoment leichter aufbringen zu können.

Es versteht sich, daß man mit einer beispielsweise hydraulisch oder pneumatisch betätigten oder aber mit einer Exzenterpresse, die mehrere Tonnen Preß­druck aufzubringen in der Lage ist, den Abziehvorgang leichter durchführen kann, als mit einer Abziehglocke 33 oder einem ähnlichen Abziehgerät.
Damit die beiden Distanzklötze 50 und 51, durch welche die erforderliche Hubfreiheit zwischen der unteren Stirnseite der Radflanschnabe 3 und dem Preßtisch 52 hergestellt werden soll, an der Unterseite der Spannvorrichtung 1 gut anliegen, ist die Spannvorrichtung 1 so gestaltet, daß die Oberflächen sowohl der Spannbacken 4 und 5 als auch der einen Spannrahmen bildenden Längsschenkel 6 und 7 jeweils glatte Ebenen bilden. Außerdem ist zumindest die Länge oder die Breite der Spannvorrichtung 1 so groß gewählt, daß sie den größtmöglichen Durchmesser einer Radflanschnabe 3 um wenigstens 4 cm überragt, damit die beiden erforderlichen Distanzklötze 50 und 51 außerhalb der Radflanschnabe untergesetzt werden können.

Durch die massive und flache Bauweise hat die rahmenartige Konstruktion eine sehr hohe Festigkeit, so daß hohe Druckkräfte sowohl in Spannrichtung als auch in Abzieh­richtung aufgenommen bzw. aufgebracht werden können, wobei jederzeit die Möglichkeit besteht, durch entsprechende Drehung der Gewindespindel 24 die Druckspannung, mit welcher die abzu­ziehenden Lagerringe in die Vorrichtung eingespannt werden, zu erhöhen.It can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 that the pulling-off process can be easily observed from above in one case as in the other. 1. Spannvorrichtung zum Abziehen von Lagerringen von Rad­flanschnaben mit zwei durch Gewindeingriff relativ zueinander beweglichen Spannbacken, die jeweils mit sich in einer gemeinsamen Ebene gegenüberliegenden Ausnehmungen ver­sehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Spannbacken (4, 5) jeweils auch gleich dicken flachen, plattenartigen Körpern bestehen und formschlüssig in einem aus zwei parallelen Längsschenkeln (6, 7) und wenigstens einem diese verbindenden Querschenkel (8) be­stehenden, flachen, ebenen Spannrahmen derart angeordnet sind, daß wenigstens eine Spannbacke (5) entlang der Längsschenkel (6, 7) beweglich und mittels einer in einer Gewindebohrung (25) des Querschenkels (8) sitzenden Ge­windespindel (24) gegen die andere durch einen Anschlag oder durch Verschraubung (16) mit den Längsschenkeln (6, 7) unbewegliche Spannbacke (4) preßbar ist.
