Description

  • Cette invention est relative à un garnissage ou une semelle intérieure amovible pour insertion sans fixation dans un article chaussant.
  • Dans un article chaussant, comme une chaussure ou une botte, il est parfois nécessaire d'utiliser une semelle intérieure amovible. Une semelle intérieure diminue le volume intérieur de la chaussure, pour une meilleure adaptation d'une chaussure légèrement trop large au pied. Si la semelle intérieure a été au préalable traitée avec des produits chimiques appopriés, elle peut combattre les mauvaises odeurs émises par le pied. La semelle intérieure peut contribuer à l'aération de la chaussure, et augmente le confort du pied en agissant comme un coussin. La semelle intérieure peut également accroître la durée d'usage de la chaussure, en absorbant l'humidité générée par le pied qui contient des composés chimiques néfastes à la longue pour le matériau de la chaussure.
  • D'une manière générale, les semelles intérieures amovibles ordinaires sont faites d'une seule feuille d'un certain matériau, découpée à la forme de la plante du pied. De plus, ces semelles intérieures connues n'offrent aucune possibilité d'ajustement fin de leur épaisseur.
  • Et plus encore, certaines personnes éprouvent de grandes difficultés à trouver des chaussures de la bonne pointure, parce que leurs pieds sont relativement plus étroits, plus larges, plus courts ou plus longs, ou d'une forme légèrement différente de ceux auxquels vont les pointures normalisées.
  • Ces personnes doivent payer leurs chaussures plus chères que d'autres, car elles doivent les faire faire sur mesure, les semelles intérieures conventionnelles ne leur étant d'aucune utilité.
  • Le but de l'invention est donc de trouver un moyen d'élaborer une semelle intérieure qui combattrait les déficiences sus-mentionnées.

  • Une mise en oeuvre préférée de la semelle intérieure de l'invention est illustrée par les figures en annexe et porte le numéro de référence 10. La semelle intérieure 10 comprend une couche supérieure principale 12, de préférence en cuir. La couche 12 a la forme générale de la plante du pied. La couche 12 comporte une partie principale intermédiaire 14, de forme essentiellement rectangulaire, mais élargie vers l'avant et comportant un bord intérieur concave 16 courbé intérieurement selon un arc de cercle de rayon sensiblement égal à la longueur de la semelle intérieure 10 ; une partie arrière, de talon, 18, également de forme essentiellement rectangulaire, sauf en ce qui concerne son bord arrière extrême arrondi, 20 ; et une partie avant, d'orteils, 22, formant un bord avant extrême de forme assez pointue, 24, et des parois latérales convexes, 26.
  • De plus, les volets arrondis dirigés vers l'extérieur, 28, sont ajoutés aux parois latérales 26. L'épaisseur du bord externe de chaque volet 28 diminue progressivement vers l'extérieur, formant un bord externe plus fin, 28A.
  • La partie avant, 22, comporte une partie centrale circulaire, dite d'oignon 30, coïncidant exactement avec l'éminence métartasienne reposant sur la semelle intérieure 10 et la partie principale adjacente 14.   • Le cuir de la pièce 12 comporte des lignes d'incision, 32, qui permettent de découper des parties de la semelle intérieure 10, pour ajuster l'épaisseur des endroits choisis de cette semelle intérieure à une chaussure et à un pied donnés. Ces lignes d'incision 32 situées : a) autour de la partie dite d'oignon ; b) entre la partie arrière 18 et la partie principale 14 ; c) entre la partie avant 22 et la partie principale 14 ; d) entre chaque volet 28 et la partie avant 22 ; et e) entre la partie principale 14 et le support de voûte plantaire 34. Une ligne d'incision 32 coïncide avec le bord arrondi 16. La partie 34 est sur le même plan que la partie principale 14, et forme un bord extérieur convexe 36.
  • Les parties 18, 22, 28 et 34, lorsqu'elles ont été enlevées, ne peuvent être réajustées aux autres parties de la couche supérieure 12 ; mais bien sûr, la pièce 30 peut être repositionnée après son retrait temporaire de la partie 22 (en raison de la possibilité de la présence temporaire d'un oignon, suivie d'un traitement médical approprié ultérieur).

  • Une autre pièce 44 est fixée par de la colle appliquée à chaud à la face inférieure de la pièce supérieure 34 dans la cavité formée par le bord 40 et son contour suit exactement le bord extérieur 36 de la couche supérieure.
  • La couche 44 est sur même plan que la pièce inférieure 38.
  • En outre, une pièce 46 est collée de manière à rester amovible à la face inférieure de la pièce 44, une pièce 48 à la face inférieure de la pièce 46 et une pièce 50 à la face inférieure de la pièce 48, en superposition, tout cela avec de la colle appliquée à chaud.   • Ainsi la pièce 42 peut être enlevée, donnant plus de place aux orteils, et/ou, toutes, plusieurs ou chacune des quatre pièces 44-50 peuvent être enlevées, pour rendre le support de voûte plantaire plus confortable. Claims (15)

1. Une semelle intérieure soutenant au moins une partie de la plante du pied dans un article chaussant ; la semelle intérieure étant formée de couches superposées de différentes tailles d'un matériau flexible ; et un moyen adhésif fixant entre elles lesdites couches d'une manière amovible et en permettant un décollage et un recollage répété, permettant un ajustement spécifique de l'épaisseur des différentes zones de ladite semelle intérieure procurant une meilleure adaptation dudit article chaussant au pied.
2. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdites couches comprennent une couche principale en liège.
3. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 2, dans laquelle lesdites couches comprennent en outre une couche supérieure en cuir directement superposée à ladite couche principale.
4. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdites couches comprennent des couches principales et supérieures superposées, la couche supérieure présentant des lignes d'incision formant des parties correspondantes de la couche supérieure pouvant être décollées de la couche principale.
5. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 4, dans laquelle la couche supérieure épouse la forme générale d'un pied ; ladite couche supérieure comportant en outre deux volets opposés, projetés vers l'extérieur à partir des bords latéraux de la partie avant de ladite couche supérieure et pouvant épouser les parois verticales latérales de l'article chaussant.
6. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 5, dans laquelle d'autres lignes d'incision de la couche supérieure existent entre lesdits volets et le reste de ladite couche supérieure.
7. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'épaisseur desdits volets diminue pour en former le bord extérieur périphérique plus fin.
8. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 4, dans laquelle une autre ligne d'incision généralement circulaire est faite dans la couche supérieure de la dimension approximative de l'éminence métartasienne, formant une partie circulaire de la couche supérieure temporairement amovible et réajustable.
9. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un pièce avant plus petite adhérant d'une manière amovible à la face inférieure de la partie avant de ladite couche principale et en suivant la forme générale.
10. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 4, dans laquelle une ligne d'incision en arc de cercle est faite dans la couche supérieure définissant une partie concave de voûte plantaire de ladite couche supérieure, et ladite couche principale comportant en outre une cavité de voûte plantaire coïncidant exactement avec la partie de voûte plantaire de la couche supérieure.
11. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 10, comprenant en outre une superposition de pièce de voûte plantaire collées les unes aux autres de manière amovible, dont l'une coïncide avec ladite cavité, et les autres sont de taille progressivement décroissante en s'éloignant de ladite couche supérieure.
12. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 10, dans laquelle le rayon de courbure de ladite partie concave de voûte plantaire de ladite couche supérieure est d'une longueur approximativement égale à la longueur de ladite semelle intérieure.
13. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 10, dans laquelle ladite cavité de voûte plantaire de ladite couche principale présente une partie avant au bord très arrondi et une partie arrière dont le bord est dirigée en ligne droite vers l'extérieur ; ladite cavité étant d'une largeur à hauteur de ladite couche principale, des deux tiers de sa largeur à hauteur de ladite couche supérieure à sa partie moyenne coïncidant avant ladite cavité.
14. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdites couches sont sensiblement de la même épaisseur.
15. Une semelle intérieure conformément à la revendication 1, dans laquelle le moyen collant consiste en un matériau adhésif par pression.
