Nach Stillstand des Palettenwagens hebt die Zuführeinrichtung 11, die beispielsweise aus vier Hydraulikzylindern und dem Stufenprofil entsprechenden Gabeln 12 besteht, ein Stufenpaar zwischen die über der Zuführeinrichtung 11 stehenden Klemmarmpaare 2 der Werkstückaufnahme 1, wobei der Hub der Hydraulikzylinder zwischen den beiden End­lagen genau begrenzt ist und somit das Stufenpaar bei jedem Hub bezüglich der Tritt- und Setzstufenfläche aus­gerichtet ist. Gleichzeitig wird der eine auf den Stößel 13 wirkende Druckkraft erzeugende Arbeitszylinder 15 betätigt, so daß über die zweiseitigen Hebel 14 die Druckfedern 4 vorgespannt werden. In dieser Stellung erfolgt gleichzeitig nach der taktzeitgebundenen Drehung der Werkstückaufnahme 1 um 90° deren Verriegelung mit einem Hydraulikzylinder an der Mittelsternkonstruktion. Vorrichtung zum Fräsen der Sichtflächen von Werkstük­ken aus Stein oder steinähnlichem Werkstoff, ins­besondere zum Planfräsen der Tritt- und Setzstufen­flächen von Treppenstufen, bestehend aus einem Grund­gestell mit darin angeordneter Werkstück- und Werk­zeugaufnahme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werk­stückaufnahme (1) mehrere diametral um eine gemeinsame horizontale Achse angeordnete Klemmarmpaare (2), vor­zugsweise in doppelter Ausführung, aufweist, die gemeinsam taktweise drehbar gelagert sind und in Verbindung mit einem Schrittschaltwerk (3) stehen, wobei den Klemmarmpaaren (2) jeweils Spanneinrichtungen (5) zugeordnet sind und die Werkzeugaufnahme als zwischen zwei Endpunkten horizontal bewegliche Fräs­brücke (6) ausgebildet ist, an der in einer ersten Ebene eine über die Motorwelle des ihr zugeordneten Fräsmotors (7) angetriebene Trittstufenfräse (8) und in einer zweiten Ebene eine über die Motorwelle des ihr zugeordneten Fräsmotors (7) angetriebene Setz­stufenfräse und eine über die Motorwelle des ihr zuge­ordneten Fräsmotors (7) angetriebene Fasenfräse (10) angeordnet sind und daß den Ebenen der Trittstufen­fräse (8) und der Setzstufenfräse (9) und Fasenfräse (10) jeweils zwei benachbarte Klemmarmpaare (2) taktweise derart zugeordnet sind, daß ein Klemmarm­paar (2) in der Ebene der Trittstufenfräse (8) und das andere in der Ebene der Setzstufen (9)- und Fasenfräse (10) angeordnet ist.1.
