If thermostat breaker switch 11 indicates that the evaporator has attained its defrosting temperature before termination of the fixed period, resistance heater 12 is deenergized, whereas the refrigerant circuit is only reactivated on termination of the prefixed defrosting period.
- resistance heater 12 is deenergized and motors 3 and 4 are again energized, even if for any reason the evaporator has not yet been completely defrosted. As a result, the refrigerant circuit resumes its operation under anomalous conditions adversely affecting the overall performance of the refrigerating apparatus.
- EP-A3-00 17 458 describes a defrosting control apparatus in which defrosting is only then carried out when a timer actuates a switch into the defrosting mode and a mechanical sensing apparatus indicates that defrosting is necessary.
- This sensing apparatus includes a switch which connects the power supply line either to the compressor or to the defroster. The compressor therefore is immediately then activated again as soon as the sensing apparatus indicates that defrosting is to be terminated. However, if before termination of the defrosting action, the time duration preset in the timer elapses, the compressor is actuated again, although defrosting is not yet completed.

Claims (1)
- Steuergerät für ein Kühlgerät, das einen Kühlmittelkreislauf hat, der einen Kompressor (3) enthält und wenigsten einen Verdampfer (12) der automatischen Enteisungsart, enthaltend einen Kommutator (9), der durch eine Zeitgebereinrichtung (10) gesteuert wird, zum zyklischen Umschalten von einer ersten Position, in der er elektrischen Strom an einen Motor des Kompressors (3) liefert, in eine zweite Betriebsposition, in der er elektrischen Strom an eine Verdampferenteisungseinrichtung (12) über einen Kommutator (11) zuführt, wenn letzterer sich in einer ersten Betriebsposition befindet, entsprechend eines Zustands, in dem der Enteisungsvorgang ausgeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kommutator (11) ein Thermostatkommutator ist, der durch die Temperatur des Verdampfers (12) gesteuert wird, und daß die Zeitgebereinrichtung (10) mit elektrischem Strom durch den zeitgebergesteuerten Kommutator (9) versorgt wird, wenn er sich in seiner ersten Betriebsposition befindet, und durch die Reihenschaltung des zeitgebergesteuerten Kommutators (9) und des Thermostatkommutators (11), wenn sich beide in ihrer zweiten Betriebsposition befinden.
