Abstract

As Fig. 1 illustrates, the invention relates to a lined moccasin, in which, to increase the durability, the outsole 2 is joined by means of a perforated groove 1, running around the bottom at the edge, to the upper leather 3 and lining 4 and a cushion 10 in between. The lining 4 leaves a clearance at the edge, into which a supporting fabric 5 is laid, and into which a plastic adhesive 6 is injected, also filling the groove 1 and perforation 7. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a lined moccasin shoe, the outsole of which is connected to the upper leather and lining and a cushion therebetween via a tear groove which is perforated at least in one row and runs all around.

In known moccasin shoes, this connection is a seam. When the shoe is worn, excessive wear in the ball and toe area cannot be avoided after some time. The tear groove becomes so flat there that the seam rubs through. The thread breaks and its ends also loosen in the adjacent seam area. It is therefore hardly possible to repair the wear damage, which in itself looks minor, and the shoe must be discarded prematurely. In order to prolong the life of a moccasin shoe, the combination of the features of the main claim is proposed.

By filling in the cavities mentioned, the plastic adhesive not only assumes the function of a seam, but together with the support fabric it also stabilizes the edge of the moccasin shoe, which also extends its lifespan. Local excessive wear on the bottom of the sole does not affect the overall stability of the shoe.

The support fabric is advantageously a Velcro fastener tape or mesh fabric, which can be easily adapted to the thickness of the adjacent cushion and which offers a large surface area for the plastic adhesive.

The moccasin shoe becomes particularly stable if, in a further development of the invention, the perforation is arranged in two rows of holes which are offset from one another, because then a large-area composite is obtained via the plastic adhesive.

The pad is advantageously made of latex felt to make it difficult for plastic glue to penetrate during the manufacture of the shoe. For the same purpose, a barrier seam connecting the lining and upper leather can be arranged between the cushion and the supporting fabric. It can consist of thin thread, since it is only important for the manufacture of the shoe.

The adjacent edges of the cushion and the support fabric can advantageously be designed to overlap, so that the cushioning effect does not stop abruptly at the edge of the lining replacing the insole.

  • Fig. 1 einen senkrechten Längsmittelschnitt durch den Vorschuh,
  • Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt in der Ebene A / A aus Fig. 1, durch ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel, und
Such a shoe can be produced by injecting the still liquid plastic glue through nozzles into the perforation of the outsole from below after the listing. A particularly quick and even intimate bonding can be achieved in a further development of the invention in that a plastic tube is embedded in the supporting fabric and at least one of its ends is led out through a hole in the outsole or the lining and plastic adhesive is injected there, whereupon the injection end is welded closed and the plastic tube is passed through the Perforation openings in the tear groove of the outsole pricks, and finally presses the shoe between the last and the sole-side counterform and preferably heated, wherein a thermoplastic plastic can be used as an adhesive. The piercing can be done simultaneously with several needles in one tool.
The invention may be further explained on the basis of the exemplary embodiments shown schematically in the figures.
Show it:
  • 1 is a vertical longitudinal central section through the front shoe,
  • Fig. 2 shows a cross section in the plane A / A of Fig. 1, through a first embodiment, and
  • Fig. 3 shows a cross section corresponding to FIG. 2 through a second embodiment.

Between the upholstery 10, the upper leather 3 and the lining 4, a space is cut out at the edge, which is designed with a support fabric 5 and communicates with perforations 16, 7 and the tear groove 1 in the outsole 2 and is filled there with thermoplastic adhesive. It can be separated from the cushion 10 by a locking seam 15, or both parts can form an overlap 18 according to FIG. 2 in order to ensure a particularly uniform course of the elasticity.

The perforations 16 in the lining 4 above the support fabric 5 give the adhesive a larger contact surface and can can also be used for a decorative seam (not shown).

The adhesive can be injected from below through the tear groove 1 and the subsequent perforations 7 of the outsole with several nozzles at the same time, but particularly good adhesion is achieved according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3a, 3b.

A plastic tube 11 is threaded through openings (not shown) on the bottom in the lining 4 or the outsole 2 into the space recessed on the edge and filled with warm thermoplastic adhesive, whereupon the end of the plastic tube 11 is welded closed with a multiple tool through the perforations 7 of the tear groove 1 pierces the plastic tube 11 at several locations distributed over the length of the recessed space (FIG. 3 a), and then presses the shoe between the last and the lower mold (not shown) in a known manner. The hose bursts, as can be seen at 11a, and the cavities mentioned are completely filled by the adhesive.

The locking seam is designated 15, the joint 13, the overlap (FIG. 2) 18.
