- the interior handle 40 is permanently linked to the locking device 4 via the part 37 of rectangular section of the shaft 28, it is possible by rotating this handle 40 in one direction or the other, against the spring 39, actuate the bolt 10 of the locking device 4, the plate 52 carrying the hook 55 rotating at the same time while remaining in its withdrawn position. Between each actuation, the shaft 28, the handle 40, and the plate 52, return to an intermediate angular position thanks to the spring 39 and possibly to the return spring of the locking device 4. During these operations of the interior handle 40 , the reel holder 44 and the reel 46, in the idle state, are not stressed.
- the outer handle 30 can be rotated in one direction or the other, and consequently the part 27 , without actuating the locking device 4, the handle 30 and the part 27 returning to an intermediate angular position between each maneuver.
- the coil carrier 44 By sending a suitable electric pulse to the coil 46 by the supply wires 68, the coil carrier 44 is then caused to rotate around the sleeve 42, from its rest position and up to its position active. During this rotation, the active face 65a of the cam 65 carried by the reel holder 44 pushes outward the finger 66 of the hook 55 and consequently rotates the latter around its axis 56 to its active position in which its upper end 63 is engaged in the notch 64 of the cylindrical part 32 of the part 27. In this active position, the handle 30 is linked in rotation to the locking device 4 via the 'part 27, hook 55, plate 52 and shaft 28. Lock 1 is then in its armed position.
- the bearing faces of the end 63 of the hook 55 and the peripheral end surfaces of the notch 64 are in an angular position such that the end 63 tends to penetrate into the notch 64 and not to escape from it.

- a ring -218 which is rotatably mounted in the body part 203 and which obviously has an interior 219 into which the end can penetrate.
- the annular ring 218 has, in its lower part, a toothed part 222 which is engaged with the toothed part 223 of a ring 224 mounted rotating on a horizontal axis 225 carried by the body parts 202 and 203.
- the ring 224 carries a finger 226 which extends downwards and the end of which is capable of coming into a notch 227 of a locking bolt 228 and moving horizontally, when it is rotated in one direction or the other , this bolt 228 between an extended position and a retracted position, perpendicular to the axis 206.
- the ring 224 further carries a finger 229 which extends downwards and which is capable, during its rotation, of acting on a plate 230 subjected upwards by a spring 231, this plate 230 being mounted vertically movable in the lock body 201 and having, on the other side of the bolt 228, another vertical plate 232 in which are provided notches 233, these notches being adapted to receive pins 234 carried laterally by the bolt 228 when the plates 230 and 232 are in their high position.
- the system composed of plates 230 and 232 and pins 234 is a system for locking the bolt 228 in its extended position and in its retracted position.
- the lock 200 has a second bolt 235 parallel to the bolt 228 is subjected towards its extended position by a spring 236.
- This bolt 235 is capable of being brought from its extended position to its withdrawal position by means of a finger 237 provided at the periphery of the cylindrical part 208 connected to the axis 206 each time the crutch handles 207 are maneuvered downwards, the finger 237 coming to cooperate with a vertical face 238 provided in the bolt 235.
- the lock 200 shown in Figures 14 to 17 operates as follows.
- an electric pulse is sent to the electromagnet 210 and the latter moves the link arm 212 from its withdrawn position to its active position, as in the previous examples, in which its end 220 penetrates into -the recess 219 provided in the cylindrical ring --- than 218.
- the handles 207 By pivoting upwards the handles 207, the end 210 of the link arm 212 comes to bear against one of the ends of the recess 219 and the latter is driven in rotation and causes the ring 224 to rotate.
- the finger 225 Being done, in a first phase, the finger 225, carried by the ring 224, pushes down the plate 232 by acting on the upper edge of the plate 230 and causes the bolt 228 to be unlocked and, in a second phase, the finger 226 engages in the notch 227 of the bolt 228 and causes it to move towards its extended position.
- the plate 230 In end of. stroke, the plate 230 is brought up so that the plate 232 comes into engagement with the fingers 234.
- the bolt 228 is then locked in its extended position.
- This state of the lock 200 is shown in FIG. 15. During this maneuver, the upper bolt 235 has not changed position.
- the electromagnet 210 having received a return pulse, when the handles 207 are released, the latter return to their intermediate rest position and the link arm 212 returns to its withdrawn position.
- the door 204 is then in the locked position by the bolt 228 and any operation of the handles 207 only allows the operation of the upper bolt 235.
- the connecting arm 212 By returning a pulse to the electromagnet 210, the connecting arm 212 is again placed in its position in which its end 220 is in the notch 219 of the annular ring 218.
- the free end 220 of the link arm 212 engages the other end of the notch 219 and drives this ring 218 in the opposite direction to the previous direction.
- the finger 226 carried by the ring 224 acts on the plate 230 and the locking plate 232 in the opposite direction to the previous direction and the finger 229 also carried by the ring 224 ensures the operation of the bolt 228 from its extended position to its withdrawal position.
- the finger 237 carried by the plate 208 connected to the axis 206 operates the bolt 235 to its withdrawal position.
- the lock 200 is found in the state shown in Figure 16 in which the bolts 228 and 235 are both in their withdrawn position.
- the link arm 212 is carried by the part constituted by the plate 208 which is connected to the handles 207 while the part constituted by the ring 218 in which the recess 219 is provided, with which the link arm 212 cooperates is connected to the bolt 228 and that a locking system constituted by the plate 232 and the fingers 234 ensures the bolt 228 is held in its position exit and its withdrawal position and is biased via the link arm 212.
- the lock 200 is also supplemented by a direct operating system for the bolt 228 which comprises an operating button 239 which extends outside the door 204 and the axis 240 of which passes through the body part 202 carries a toothed sector 241 in engagement with a toothed sector 242 provided on the intermediate ring 224.
- the operation of the button 239 makes it possible to cause the operation of the bolt 228 by means of the fingers 226 and 229 as previously, the rotation of the intermediate ring 224 also acting only on the ring 218 which rotates freely.
