Description

The invention relates to a lifting or depositing device for transportable large containers, e.g. Cabins, containers or the like, in particular movable, with cantilevers mounted on the corners of the containers, preferably each pivoting about a vertical axis, which carry at their free ends winches, in particular rack and pinion winches, which are each connected to a sleeve-shaped guide part for the supports of the respective large container, the winch with the guide parts along each support can be raised and lowered.

Movable lifting and lowering devices are known which have four winches to be fitted to the corners of the respective large container, of which for Simplification of operation, two each are connected by a shaft, so that only two winches are to be actuated by synchronously turning their hand cranks to raise or lower the large container. The connecting shafts between two winch gears can run parallel to the long or narrow sides of the relevant large container, which depends on the lane width selected in each case. In the construction according to the older patent application P 34 42 306.0-22, however, only two different lane widths (a so-called broad lane and narrow lane) can be set. However, this is not enough for some applications.

From DE-PS 1 169 374 a movable lifting or lowering device is already known, the wheels of which can be adjusted to a large number of different lane widths. In this embodiment, this is achieved by means of two-piece cantilevers which can be pivoted about a vertical axis at the corners of the large container and whose individual parts are connected to one another in an articulated manner. However, the winch construction used here does not reveal any paired drive connection, which would also not be easy to implement due to the two-part, articulated design of the boom. The articulated boom would not readily allow the required fixed alignment of the connecting parts of the two winch gear to be coupled. In addition, the hinge parts on each boom increase the weight of this device, which after use should be able to be dismantled into its individual parts, which in turn is an acceptable one Should have weight to carry.

The invention has for its object to develop a lifting or lowering device of the type mentioned in such a way that a paired drive coupling of their winches both with respect to the long sides and the narrow sides of the large container in question with numerous different mutual support spacings or lane widths possible and thus a universal use of the device is guaranteed. In addition, the individual parts of the lifting or lowering device should have an acceptable weight for carrying and manipulating.

According to the invention, the above object is achieved in that each sleeve-shaped guide part for a support is rotatably mounted about the support axis at the free end of the boom and locking means are arranged between each guide part and the arms for such a fixation of the relative adjustment positions of these parts that in these Adjustment positions of two winches can be connected to one another in a manner known per se by means of a shaft. In an embodiment according to the invention, the brackets consisting of rigid structures can be brought into and fixed in different pivot positions about their vertical container-side axes for setting different lane widths, and then the guide parts with the attached gears can each be rotated about the support axis at the free end of their arms and be fixed that neighboring Winch gearboxes can be connected to each other by a drive shaft opposite the long or narrow sides of the container to be manipulated. Only drive shafts of different lengths or telescopic drive shafts are required for this. Before moving the raised large container, only the impellers pivotably arranged in a known manner at the lower ends of the supports have to be adjusted in the direction of travel. The invention consequently enables the setting of numerous different lane widths in a movable lifting or lowering device for transportable large containers and at the same time the paired drive coupling of winch gears in the respectively different lane widths set. Furthermore, after using the lifting or lowering device, the boom including the attached winches can be folded into a space-saving storage position against the long or narrow sides of the large container in question, which is known per se. The lifting or lowering device according to the invention can thus be used universally. In the case of non-movable devices or brackets rigidly attached to the large container, different column spacings can be set or the connecting shafts can optionally be arranged opposite the narrow or long sides of the large container in question.

Another advantage of the invention is that the individual parts of the device can be designed to save weight so that they are relatively easy to carry or manipulate.

Embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.

If each sleeve-shaped guide part for a support is rotatably supported in bearing rings, which are arranged at a vertical distance on the boom and at least one ring abutment is provided on the guide part for a bearing ring, a simple pivot bearing for each support and winch is achieved with further weight savings.

A simple, expedient further embodiment of the invention is characterized in that, in order to form the locking means, at least one bearing ring and the annular abutment associated therewith are provided with receiving bores for a plug pin which are spaced in the circumferential direction and can be brought into mutual alignment.

An additional reduction in weight is achieved in that the receiving bores for the plug pins are machined in projections which protrude radially from the bearing ring or its annular abutment.

Yet another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the bearing rings are detachably connected to the cantilevers by means of plug pins, which are also rotatably mounted on a container-side connecting bar by means of bearing rings, which are also detachably connected to each arm by plug pins. This will disassemble the invention Device facilitated in relatively well portable items.

The invention is subsequently explained on the basis of the drawing of an exemplary embodiment. Show it:
  • Figure 1 is an end view of one of four rack winches mounted on the container corners of a large container, a movable lifting or depositing device, a part of the large container being shown in the raised state;
  • FIG. 2 shows a partial longitudinal section along the line II-II in FIG. 1, but with the winch gear removed from the guide part for the support;
  • Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line III - III in Fig. 2 and
  • 4 shows a plan view of the arrangement shown in FIG. 1, but with the boom and the associated winch gear shown in different setting positions and the running wheels set, for example, to three different lane widths.

The movable lifting or Settling device has four similar rack and pinion jacks 11 to be fastened to the corners of a large container 10, which are equipped with hand cranks 12 for actuation. Each rack and pinion winch 11 is attached to a boom 13 consisting of a rigid tubular construction, which in turn is arranged so as to be rotatable on an approximately container-high, vertically arranged connecting bar 14. At each corner of the large container 10 standardized corner fittings 15 and 16 are provided at the top and bottom, with which connecting parts 17 and 18 are brought into engagement in a conventional manner and are firmly connected to the connecting bar 14.

The rack 19 assigned to each toothed rack winch 11 is fastened to a respective support 20. In the exemplary embodiment, the supports 20 each consist of a profile tube with the cross section shown in FIG. 3, which contains a flattened portion on which the rack 19 is arranged. The supports 20 are also supported with their lower ends on a respective wheel stool 21 for two wheels 22, which is pivotable about the longitudinal axis 31 of each support 20. With the rack 19, a not shown drive pinion of the rack winch 11 is engaged. Each two rack and pinion jacks 11 are connected to one another by a shaft 23, so that only two winches 11 can be actuated synchronously by corresponding rotation of their hand cranks 12 to raise or lower the large container 10. The rack and pinion jacks 11 raise or lower, depending on the direction of rotation of the Hand cranks 12 along the supports 20.

Each rack and pinion winch 11 has a gear part 24, which is detachably connected by plug pins 25 to a sleeve-shaped guide part 26 for one support 20 each. In Fig. 2, the guide member 26 for the support 20 is shown without the gear member 24 and 27, the receiving holes for the socket pin 25 are designated. In the upper and lower ends of the sleeve-shaped guide part 26, guide bushes 28 are fastened, the clear cross section of which is adapted to the cross section of the support 20 with rack 19, as shown in FIG. 3. Guide part 26 and support 20 are thus longitudinally displaceable relative to one another, but non-rotatably connected to one another.

At the free end of each boom 13, two bearing rings 30 are fastened at a vertical distance from one another by means of plug pins 29, in which the guide part 26 is rotatably mounted about the longitudinal axis 31 of the support. An annular abutment 32 is provided on the guide part 26 for the bearing rings 30. Arranged on the upper bearing ring 30 and on its associated annular abutment 32, for example, five radially projecting projections 33 which are spaced apart in the circumferential direction and in which receptacle bores 34 for a plug pin 35 which can be brought into mutual alignment are worked out. The insertable pin 35, which can be inserted into two bores 34, forms a locking means for fixing the relative adjustment positions between the boom 13 and the guide part 26, which will be explained in more detail below. With 350 in FIGS. 2 and 3 bores in extensions 36 are designated, which are integrally connected to the bearing rings 30. The bores 350 serve to receive the plug pins 29, which also extend through corresponding bores at the free end of each arm 13.

The arms 13 are releasably connected at their container end in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 4 in the same way by plug bolts 37 with two bearing rings 38. These bearing rings 38 are rotatable on the connecting bars 14, but axially fixed. As a result, each boom 13 can be rotated about the axis of its connecting bar 14 and, moreover, each guide part 26 with attached gear part 24 and support 20 can be rotated about the longitudinal axis 31 of the support. 4 shows various setting positions of a boom 13 and a guide part 26 with a mounted gear part 24, the setting positions of the guide part 26 with a mounted gear part 24 being secured relative to the boom 13 by the plug pin 35, which is secured by corresponding receiving bores brought into alignment 34 extends in the projections 33 on the upper bearing ring 30 and the associated abutment 32. The boom 13 is locked on the connecting bar 14 in the various setting positions by a locking pin 39 which is inserted through correspondingly aligned bores in one of the bearing rings 38 and the connecting bar 14. Fig. 4 shows that in the different setting positions of the boom 13 and the guide parts 26 with attached Gear part 24 the latter are always aligned parallel or perpendicular to the direction of travel so that the connecting parts of two adjacent gear parts 24 are aligned with one another for a connecting shaft 23. Thus, each two gear parts 24 can be connected to each other in terms of drive by a shaft 23 opposite the narrow or long sides of the large container 10. The wheels 22 are set to different width lanes. Only connecting shafts 23 of different lengths or telescopes are required. However, it is also possible to apply the invention to brackets 13 rigidly attached to the large container 10, which can be arranged in different angular positions on the large container.

After using the lifting or lowering device, it can easily be dismantled into individual parts with weights that are acceptable for manipulation. You only need to remove the socket pins 25, 29 and 37, for example, in order to separate the parts 24, 26 or the parts 26, 13 or the parts 13, 14 from one another. The support leg 20 can then be detached from the guide part 26 and wheel stool 21.

As can be seen from FIG. 4, each boom 13 with a mounted rack and pinion winch 11 can also be folded into a storage position with respect to a narrow or long side of the large container 10 with the wheel stool 21 removed with wheels 22.

Absetzvorrichtung bedienenden Personen befestigt.At the upper end of each guide part 26 there is also an upwardly protruding finger protection plate 40 which partially surrounds the support 20 with its rack 19 for the lifting or Securing operator attached.
