Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mobile aerial work platform with a chassis and a support device for a platform, on which a first slewing ring is arranged, which with its vertical axis is located approximately in the middle of the platform and carries a horizontal bar that can be pivoted about the axis, which offsets a second slewing ring with a Swing tower with a work cage at the top of a boom has, wherein the Schwenkturm about a vertical axis of the second slewing ring is rotatable.
Such mobile aerial work platforms correspond to the European one Draft standard prEN 280 from April 1994, as it is from the technical Committee CEN / TC 98 / AG 1 of the European Committee for Standardization was created. The mobile aerial work platforms can be used as Trailers or trained as self-propelled machines be.
From the effort to make the overall length of the mobile aerial work platform short and traffic-friendly, the state of the art knows complex multi-telescope systems and a strong cranking of the slewing tower in order to be able to use the area above a driver's cab. The strong cranking of the swing tower means that when swinging the swing tower exceeds the vehicle width and protrudes into the traffic area. In the usual arrangement of a front support device directly behind the cab, the range of the lifting device to the front must be restricted for reasons of stability.
Another disadvantage of the prior art is the mostly general need to use telescopic support devices that can be extended or folded out across the width of the vehicle and that are also obstructing traffic during operation, but are necessary for safe operation.
Antriebseinheiten jeweils separat gesteuert.
The invention has for its object a one described above To design aerial work platform so that at comparable Length less telescopes are used and that both in the state of the process of the aerial work platform as well as in operation the aerial work platform a better mobility of the aerial work platform itself and more freedom for a flowing past Traffic remains.
The object is achieved by the features of the main claim solved.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims spelled out.
The invention also uses the known cranking of the Swing tower, compared to comparable aerial work platforms however, may be larger, for example, for the free space to use above the cab and the total length of the working machine To shorten. Connects with the shortening of the total length a change in center of gravity that a short wheelbase has the consequence of what the agility of the aerial work platform in Road traffic benefits. In addition, by shifting the focus the reach of the tower towards the front Driver's cab of the carrier vehicle significantly increased.
The comparatively large offset of the Schwenkturms according to the present invention balanced that the pivoting offset by two arranged axes of rotation takes place, which according to the invention to a opposing forced movement are interconnected. Of the The swing tower is connected to the horizontal beam, such that they have an opposite rotational movement.
The opposite movement between the The swing tower and the horizontal beam by a between the two Element-acting gear generated, the opposite Angular velocity between the horizontal bar and the swing tower is about the same size. This ensures that a Exceeding the vehicle contour is largely avoided. In addition, an even weight load of the supports or of the carrier vehicle. In addition, the opposite of horizontal beams and swing tower advantageously the transmission torque is reduced by approx. 50%.
In addition, the distance between the two axes of rotation can advantageously be balanced with a counterweight, which makes the focus is largely within a narrow support structure that does not hold the vehicle size if possible exceeds. According to the invention, the offset is also dimensioned such that on the one hand when driving above a cab comes to rest and on the other hand the vehicle width does not exceeds.
The known support device also used in the invention can if necessary via the platform occupied area are extended, although in the one-sided support is sufficient in most cases.

ein Gegengewicht 30.On the

As can be seen from Figures 1 and 5, the self-propelled

As can be seen from Figures 2 and 4, on the one hand
The rotary movement can also expediently be carried out via the
