Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung zur Herstellung einer pastösen Masse, insbesondere von Wurstbrät entsprechend aller Merkmale des Oberbegriffs nach Anspruch 1 (US-A 3580315). Bislang sind Zerkleinerungsmaschinen bekannt geworden, in deren Einfüllbehälter die verschiedenen Komponenten für die pastöse Masse von Hand eingebracht werden. Diese Maschinen arbeiten chargenweise, d.h. der Füllbehälter wird zumindest teilweise gefüllt und dann wird das Füllgut auf den gewünschten Feinheitsgrad zerkleinert. Das hängt vor allem damit zusammen, daß die verschiedenen Komponenten einzeln abgewogen werden müssen und dies geschieht aufgrund der Häufigkeit des Vorganges erfahrungsgemäß, beispielsweise bei der Wurstherstellung, nicht mit der erforderlichen Genauigkeit. Der Grund ist oft auch die geringe Zeit, welche für das Abwiegen jeweils aufgewendet wird. Die Folge sind im Falle der Wurstbrätherstellung Würste mit beispielsweise unterschiedlichem Fettgehalt. Die an sich in ihren Grundzügen bekannte Zerkleinerungsmaschine ist bei dieser Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung über eine erste Fördereinrichtung mit einer ersten Fördervorrichtung verbunden, welche ihr einen Anteil der zu einer pastösen Masse zu verarbeitenden Bestandteile, insbesondere die Haputbestandteile zuführt. Im Falle der Wurstbrätherstellung sind dies Fleisch, Fett u.dgl. Selbstverständlich muß diese erste Fördervorrichtung im Stande sein, das eingebrachte Gut auch tatsächlich fördern zu können, d.h. im Falle von Fleischstücken muß die Fördervorrichtung in der Lage sein, feste Stoffe zu fördern. In diese erste Fördervorrichtung bringt man die verschiedenen Komponenten für die pastöse Masse in richtigem Verhältnis zueinander ein und damit ist gewährleistet, daß dieser Anteil der Masse in jeweils korrekter Zusammensetzung in die Zerkleinerungsmaschine gelangt. In einem sogenannten Großmischer werden erhebliche Mengen dieser Konmponenten zuvor gemischt und dies erfordert dann jeweils nur einen Wiegevorgang pro Komponente.
