Definitions
- the invention relates to a comminution machine with a feed chute or the like, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of a comminution device, a connecting channel or the like having a drivable cross conveyor between the fill chute or the like and the inlet of the comminution device a screw conveyor is located.
- the object of the invention is to improve the transition of the comminution material from the cross conveyor to the comminution device in such a comminution machine, so that at the same time a more compact design of the comminution machine can be achieved and the quality of the comminution material can be increased.
- the invention proposes that the crushing machine according to the preamble of claim 1 corresponding to the characteristic - the first claim is formed part. Due to the coaxial arrangement of the conveyor screw of the cross conveyor and also the drive shaft for the cutting knife or knives of the shredding device and in particular also due to the arrangement of the shredding device directly next to the screw conveyor, the shredded material is pressed by the screw conveyor directly into the housing surrounding the knife shaft. As a result, there can be no formation of dead space or a difficult or delayed transfer of the comminuted material into the comminution unit for other mechanically related reasons coming direction. In addition to the more compact design of the shredding machine in this area, an improvement in the throughput of the shredded material is therefore also achieved.
- a quality of the comminution material which is increased with regard to the degree of fineness and possibly also the mixing is achieved by using at least one cutting set of the comminution device consisting of a perforated disk and a rotating cutting knife interacting therewith.
- the cutting knife can be designed in a known manner as a two-blade or multi-blade, in particular a four-blade cutting blade.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the drive shaft of the cutting knife (s) passes coaxially through the drive shaft of the screw conveyor and the screw conveyor and the ends of the two drive shafts pointing in the same direction are each connected to a drive motor.
- This opens up the possibility of running the two drive shafts at different speeds, in particular choosing a higher speed for the drive shaft of the cutting knife than for the screw conveyor.
- Another advantage is that you can change each of the two speeds independently. It is usually sufficient if the drive shaft of the cutting knife rotates at least at a fixed speed while the The speed of the conveying device may have to be adapted to the material to be conveyed, so that there is no formation of jams and the resulting impairment of the conveyed material.
- the passage of the drive shaft of the cutting knife through the drive shaft of the screw conveyor and the screw conveyor itself is possible in that the latter two are tubular.
- At least one bearing for the drive shaft of the cutting knife is located inside the screw conveyor. This is preferably a radial roller bearing.
- the screw conveyor can be driven continuously by means of a hydraulic drive in particular.
- Another preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the usable diameter of the perforated disc, ie its part interacting with the cutting knife, is larger than the diameter of the screw conveyor.
- the tubular housing part which completely surrounds the screw conveyor at its discharge end, widens in a funnel shape, then into the tubular housing of the comminuting device, which is larger in diameter and holds the perforated disk or disks to pass over.
- the advantage of this cross-sectional expansion is that the material delivered by the cross conveyor is loosened before reaching the first cutting set (s) of the shredding device. This can be necessary when processing frozen meat, for example, if it freezes together again after being shredded. As soon as it comes into the area of the rotating knife, it tears apart before the actual cutting process begins. This undoubtedly facilitates the subsequent cutting process in the shredding device and is very advantageous even when the goods are not frozen but clumped.
- the feed chute is divided in two in the longitudinal direction and in one part of the chute there is a freezer shredder, the outlet of which opens into the connecting channel or the like to the inlet of the comminution device.
- Frozen comminution material for example frozen meat
- the fresh comminution material preferably fresh meat
- the speed of the latter depends on the nature of the comminuted material, in the example given whether it is fresh meat or pre-shredded meat Frozen meat must be transported to the shredder.
- the connecting channel receiving the cross conveyor can be attached directly to the lower end of the feed chute or even integrally formed thereon.
- the frozen goods are cut into fist-sized chunks in the freezer.
- the shredding device is readily able to shred both these chunks and the pieces of fresh meat fed to them.
- the shredding machine according to the invention replaces two machines of a conventional type. Until now it was necessary to use a different machine for frozen meat than for fresh meat.
- the comminution machine has a feed chute 1 with a preferably rectangular cross section, which tapers in a wedge shape at its lower end. With the help of an intermediate wall 2, it is divided into two parts, with a shaft part 3, which widens somewhat upwards, accommodates a freezer load shredder 4 at its lower end.
- the filling opening of this one shaft part 3 is designated 5.
- the filling opening 6 of the other shaft part 7 is preferably directed obliquely downwards.
- tabular frozen meat is introduced, while fresh meat can be fed to the shredding machine via the other shaft part 7.
- the outlet of the Gefriergutzerkleinerers 4 is associated with the lower tapered shaft portion 1o, that the decomposed in Gefriergutzerkleinerer preferably in fist-sized pieces of frozen meat falls automatically into the shaft part 1 0th From there, just like the fresh meat falling directly into the shaft part 10, it arrives via a connecting channel 12 to the inlet 13 of a shredding device 14, where the shredded frozen meat or fresh meat is further shredded, with the shredded material leaving the outlet 11 of the shredding device 14 at a high rate Fineness leaves. If necessary, it can be further crushed or emulsified. Instead, it can also be fed to a further processing machine, for example a sausage filling machine, possibly with the interposition of a conveyor device.
- the connecting channel 12 can be shaped like a channel and attached directly to the lower end of the lower shaft part 10.
- a cross conveyor 9 which has in particular a drivable screw conveyor 15.
- the filled fresh meat and / or the pre-shredded frozen meat is transported in the direction of arrow 16 to the inlet 13 of the shredding device 14.
- the pitch of the screw flights can be constant or also non-uniform, for example decrease towards the outlet. Large pieces of fresh meat are grasped by the screw conveyor and possibly pre-shredded, so that the shredding device 14 is only fed pieces of such size that it can be shredded without problems.
- the speed of the worm 15 is in particular infinitely variable, for example in a range from 20 ° to 150 ° rpm. 2 shows a drive motor 17 and a subsequent see in particular hydraulic reduction gear 27.
- the freezer shredder 4 has a drive shaft 18. It carries a plurality of disk-shaped shredding elements 19, each of which is provided with at least one tooth-like shredding tool 20. The teeth are preferably offset from one another in the direction of rotation.
- the frozen meat block located in a shaft part 3 is split into roughly fist-sized pieces by the crushing tools 2o penetrating into it in cooperation with stationary counter tools 21, which fall down and thus enter the inlet 22 of the cross conveyor 23 solely due to their own weight.
- the frozen goods shredder 4, which can also be of a modified design, is also provided with an adjustable drive.
- the drive motor 24 is connected to the freezer goods shredder 4, for example, via a step-down belt drive or a continuously variable transmission 25, the output side of which is coupled to a transmission, in particular a plug-on transmission 26.
- the output side 29 of the transmission 26 is connected to the shaft 18.
- the comminution device 14 advantageously has at least one cutting set 30.
- the cutting knife 33 of the or each cutting set is preferably designed as a four-bladed knife which interacts with a perforated disk 36.
- the latter is held in a tubular housing 31 into which the free end of the drive shaft 32 for the cutting knives 33 projects.
- the speed of the latter is comparatively high.
- the drive shaft 32 can be equipped with a controllable drive.
- a drive motor 34 is used which drives the shaft 32 with the interposition of a belt drive 35 or the like. Transmission.
- the drive shaft 37 and thus the screw conveyor 15 is driven by the motor 27 via a gear 38, a chain drive or the like.
- a conveyor device At the outlet 11 of the shredding device, a conveyor device, not shown, can be connected to a further processing machine, for example a sausage filling machine. If necessary. you can also finely shred or emulsify the escaping material by connecting a corresponding device in the direction of flow. Two comminution stages connected in series are used in particular when the comminution device 14 does not bring about very fine comminution due to its construction or deliberate design.
- the auger 15 and the drive shaft 32 of the cutting blades 33 of the Zerklein ceremoniessvor - direction 14 coaxially with each other and arranged in immediate succession.
- the drive shaft 32 expediently passes through the drive shaft 37 of the screw conveyor 15 and the screw conveyor 15 coaxially, so that the drive-side shaft ends point in the same direction.
- These ends of the two drive shafts 32 and 37 are connected to the drive motors 34 and 17 mentioned, with the interposition of the transmission elements or speed-changing devices.
- At least one bearing for the drive shaft 32 of the knives 33 is located inside the screw conveyor 15.
- the material filled into the shaft part 7 or pre-shredded by the freezer shredder 4 reaches the shredding device 14 from the screw conveyor 15 without detours.
- This enables the efficiency of the shredding machine according to the invention increase and also the risk of blockage of the connecting channel 12 is practically eliminated.
- the cutting knife 33 of the cutting set 3o of the comminution device 14 is preferably designed as a two-blade knife, but three- and multi-blade knives can also be used. Its peculiarity is that it is very flat compared to conventional cutting knives of such cutting sets and essentially has a parallelogram-like cross section. This changes into a rectangular cross-section in the hub area. It is particularly advantageous that this cutting knife is designed as a reversible knife and that each knife blade not only has a cutting end 4.2 but also an effective knife edge 43 after turning. In a known manner, the knife blades taper towards their free end. In the central region, that is, approximately where the section is shown in FIG. 3, the knife width is approximately three to five times the knife thickness. Each cutting edge 42 or 43 has a cutting chamfer 44 or 45 at its free end, this part of the knife edge or the knife blade or cutting knife effecting the actual cutting process.
- the holes 46, 47 and 48 are used to secure and secure the knife. Based on these
- Shaping and in particular the flat design does not take this cutting knife the cutting material in the direction of rotation, or at m INDEST with far less than is the case with prior art cutting blades. In this way, both a better cutting result and a gentler treatment of the material to be cut are achieved, including in particular the reduced heating during the cutting process. Such protection of the cutting process is of particular interest in the meat processing industry.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a comminution machine with a feed chute or the like, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of a comminution device, a connecting channel or the like having a drivable cross conveyor between the fill chute or the like and the inlet of the comminution device a screw conveyor is located.
The object of the invention is to improve the transition of the comminution material from the cross conveyor to the comminution device in such a comminution machine, so that at the same time a more compact design of the comminution machine can be achieved and the quality of the comminution material can be increased.
To achieve this object the invention proposes that the crushing machine according to the preamble of claim 1 corresponding to the characteristic - the first claim is formed part. A quality of the comminution material which is increased with regard to the degree of fineness and possibly also the mixing is achieved by using at least one cutting set of the comminution device consisting of a perforated disk and a rotating cutting knife interacting therewith. The cutting knife can be designed in a known manner as a two-blade or multi-blade, in particular a four-blade cutting blade.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the drive shaft of the cutting knife (s) passes coaxially through the drive shaft of the screw conveyor and the screw conveyor and the ends of the two drive shafts pointing in the same direction are each connected to a drive motor. This opens up the possibility of running the two drive shafts at different speeds, in particular choosing a higher speed for the drive shaft of the cutting knife than for the screw conveyor. Another advantage is that you can change each of the two speeds independently. It is usually sufficient if the drive shaft of the cutting knife rotates at least at a fixed speed while the The speed of the conveying device may have to be adapted to the material to be conveyed, so that there is no formation of jams and the resulting impairment of the conveyed material. The passage of the drive shaft of the cutting knife through the drive shaft of the screw conveyor and the screw conveyor itself is possible in that the latter two are tubular.
In a development of the invention it is proposed that at least one bearing for the drive shaft of the cutting knife is located inside the screw conveyor. This is preferably a radial roller bearing. According to a special embodiment of the invention, the screw conveyor can be driven continuously by means of a hydraulic drive in particular.
Another preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the usable diameter of the perforated disc, ie its part interacting with the cutting knife, is larger than the diameter of the screw conveyor. As a result, the tubular housing part, which completely surrounds the screw conveyor at its discharge end, widens in a funnel shape, then into the tubular housing of the comminuting device, which is larger in diameter and holds the perforated disk or disks to pass over. The advantage of this cross-sectional expansion is that the material delivered by the cross conveyor is loosened before reaching the first cutting set (s) of the shredding device.
Another embodiment of the invention provides that the feed chute is divided in two in the longitudinal direction and in one part of the chute there is a freezer shredder, the outlet of which opens into the connecting channel or the like to the inlet of the comminution device. Frozen comminution material, for example frozen meat, is introduced into the shaft part provided with the freezer goods crusher, while the fresh comminution material, preferably fresh meat, is poured into the shaft part lying to the side, so that it passes directly past the freezer goods crusher to the cross conveyor. As already mentioned, the speed of the latter depends on the nature of the comminuted material, in the example given whether it is fresh meat or pre-shredded meat Frozen meat must be transported to the shredder. In the comminution machine according to the invention, the connecting channel receiving the cross conveyor can be attached directly to the lower end of the feed chute or even integrally formed thereon. The frozen goods are cut into fist-sized chunks in the freezer. The shredding device is readily able to shred both these chunks and the pieces of fresh meat fed to them.
The shredding machine according to the invention replaces two machines of a conventional type. Until now it was necessary to use a different machine for frozen meat than for fresh meat.

The comminution machine according to the invention has a feed chute 1 with a preferably rectangular cross section, which tapers in a wedge shape at its lower end. With the help of an
The outlet of the
The pitch of the screw flights can be constant or also non-uniform, for example decrease towards the outlet. Large pieces of fresh meat are grasped by the screw conveyor and possibly pre-shredded, so that the
The
The
Jede Schneide 42 bzw.
Shaping and in particular the flat design does not take this cutting knife the cutting material in the direction of rotation, or at m INDEST with far less than is the case with prior art cutting blades. In this way, both a better cutting result and a gentler treatment of the material to be cut are achieved, including in particular the reduced heating during the cutting process. Such protection of the cutting process is of particular interest in the meat processing industry.
