Die CH-PS 539 375 beschreibt z.B. bereits eine Halterung der eingangs genannten Art, bei der ein Hörer bzw. ein Mikrofon eines Hörgerätes als Schallwandler einerseits mittels eines auf Druck vorgespannten (Unteranspruch 4) elastischen Schlauchteils in der zugehörigen Schalleitung eingesetzt sind und andererseits der jeweilige Schallwandler wenigstens teilweise in einer Tasche mit elastischen Abstütznoppen sitzt. Der Druck kann jedoch leider zu unerwünschten Verschiebungen des zu halternden Schallwandlers im Hörgerätgehäuse führen, denen nur dadurch begegnet werden kann, daß der betreffende Schallwandler zusätzlich noch in ein die Bewegung begrenzendes Gehäusefach eingesetzt wird.However, elastic hose holders are already known (e.g. CH-PS 539 375, CH-PS 648 172, WO-OS 85/03 185, US-PS 40 69 400 and DE-AS 12 22 116).
