Description

The present invention relates to a hearing aid according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

In bekannten Hörgeräten (z.B. In known hearing aids (e.g. CH-PS 539 375 or DE-B-11 60 504) components such as e.g. Handset or microphone, usually stored in elastic pockets in the housing. Such mounting solutions and e.g. the mounting device of US-A-3 257 516 is also extremely impractical. In particular, the replacement of components in these known solutions requires a multitude of operations. Sticking mounting pads onto the components according to US-A-3 529 102 is also cumbersome and time-consuming.

The object of the present invention is to construct a holder for components of a hearing aid which may also be of different sizes, which enables an effortless exchange of components and which nevertheless holds the components used.

The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. In the embodiment of the invention according to claim 2 acoustic feedback effects are avoided even better than before.

According to the invention, various components, in particular a microphone and a receiver, are used in box-shaped holders. The brackets are padded inside with pillows, which are preferably designed as knobs made of sound-absorbing material. The cushions are elastically displaced when the components are inserted and hold the components in the holder by means of an elastic clamping force. However, the components can be removed from the holder with tweezers, for example. When using sound-absorbing material, sound-sensitive components can be protected against harmful interference signals. The disadvantages of the prior art no longer occur.

Further advantages and details of the invention result from the following description of an exemplary embodiment.

Es zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 erfindungsgemäß gehalterte Bauelemente (z.B.
Show it:
  • 1 components according to the invention (eg microphone and receiver) in a hearing device housing in longitudinal section,
  • Fig. 2 is a holder designed according to the invention in perspective section with two different sized earphones in an exploded view.

Eine Schalleintrittsleitung 5 befindet sich oberhalb der Leitung 3 und leitet den von außen eintretenden Schall in ein Mikrofon 6.1 shows part of a hearing aid 1 that is to be worn behind the ear. At the end of this part there is a support hook 2, which includes a sound outlet line 3. The sound outlet line 3 leads to a receiver 4. A sound inlet line 5 is located above the line 3 and directs the sound entering from outside into a microphone 6.

The receiver 4 and microphone 6 are located in holders 7 and 8 designed according to the invention. The box-shaped holders 7 and 8 each comprise five preferably rigid walls 9, one wall each having an opening 10 for the shuttering lines 3 and 5. There is no wall on the opposite side. From this side, the receiver 4 and the microphone 6 are inserted into the holders 7 and 8 and removed if necessary. The connecting cables 11 of the components 4 and 6 are also led out of the brackets 7 and 8 from this side.

The brackets 7 and 8 are glued to the housing shell 13 of the hearing aid 1, for example by means of adhesive 12. However, they can also be placed (e.g. in prepared housing compartments). On the inside of the walls 9 there are elastic, sound-absorbing knobs 14 (for example made of butyl), which the components 6 and 4 used by elastic spring force in the holders 7 and hold 8 and prevent acoustic feedback. Since the knobs 14 are elastic and thus deformable, components of different sizes can be used in the same holder (see FIG. 2).

Although the mounts according to the invention are shown in FIG. 1 in a behind-the-ear hearing device, such mounts can also be used with in-the-ear hearing devices.

Here it is shown without the hearing aid housing and in a perspective section. Two differently sized earphones 4.1 and 4.2 are shown above the holder. The small 4.1 or the large 4.2 receiver can, however, be inserted into the holder 7.1, since the knobs 14.1 of the holder 7.1 are sufficiently deformable to adapt to the volume of both listeners.
