Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Aufstellen von Steigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einerseits eine Matritze (20) mit mehreren Reihen von Rampen (29, 30, 32) umfaßt, die eine horizontale Öffnung begrenzen, in vertikaler Richtung gegeneinander versetzt und longitudinal und transversal dem Zuschnitt (2) zur Herstellung der Steige zugeordnet sind und die (29, 30, 32) in Höhe der auf dem Zuschnitt vorhandenen Falzlinien liegen, daß sie andererseits einen Stempel (22) mit zwei zueinander parallelen und symmetrisch zu einer transversalen Mittelebene des Zuschnitts angeordneten Ansätzen (36) aufweist, dem Mittel zugeordnet sind, durch di3 er in vertikaler Richtung antreibbar ist, daß die Ansätze (36) gegeneinander verschiebbar sind zwischen einer entfernten Position, in der der Abstand der äußeren Ränder der Ansätze der inneren Länge der Steige entspricht, und einer angenäherten Position, in der der Abstand der äußeren Ränder der Ansätze kleiner ist als die innere Länge der Steige, und daß die Mittel für den Antrieb des Stempels derart ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, daß - der Stempel bei der Einführung des Zuschnitts über den Rampen (29, 30, 32) liegt, - sodann nach dem Positionieren des Zuschnitts vertikal nach unten bewegt wird, wobei die Ansätze (36) sich in der entfernten Position befinden, so daß sie den Zuschnitt mit den Rampen in Kontakt bringen, die seine Aufstellung bewirken, - sodann der Stempel während der Abbindezeit des Klebstoffs in dieser Position gehalten wird - und schließlich die Ansätze einander angenähert werden und der Stempel nach oben bewegt wird.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Ansatz (36) an dE unteren Ende eines Arms (34) montiert ist, der um eine horizontale Achse (35) schwenkbar an einem Träger (33) angeordnet ist, der selbst vertikal bewegbar ist, daß die beiden Arme (34) durch ein Paar Pleuelhebel (37) miteinander verbunden sind, deren jeder einerseits an dem anderen Pleuelhebel und andererseits an einem der Arme um eine horizontale Achse (39) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, die zwischen einem Ansatz und der Gelenkachse (35) dieses Arms an dem Träger (33) liegt, und daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, die eine vertikale Bewegung der Gelenkverbindungachse (38) der beiden Pleuelhebel relativ zu dem Träger (33) bewirken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Fall, daß die zu montierende Steige (2) parallel zum Boden verlaufende, zum Innern der Steige weisende Umschläge (9) aufweist, zwei Walzen (40) mit zu diesen Umschlägen parallelen Achsen vorgesehen sind, die in einem Anstand von dem Boden der Steige angeordnet sind, der gleich der Höhe der Steige ist, und die an dem Ende zweier Pleuelhebel (42) montiert sind, die auf halber Länge um horizontale Achsen an dem Rahmengestell (19) angelenkt sind und deren oberen Enden durch einen Steg (44) miteinander verbunden sind, dem Mittel zur axialen Verschiebung gegenüber dem Träger (31) zugeordnet sind, die eine Verschiebung der Walzen (40) zwischen einer entfernten Position, in der der Abstand der Walzen (40) größer ist als die Länge der Steige, und einer angenäherten Position, in der der Abstand zwischen den Walzen (40) kleiner ist als die Länge der Steigen.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel zum Umklappen der seitlichen Lappen (12) der horizontalen Umschläge (9) der Steige umfaßt, die aus an dem Träger (33) angelenkten und durch pneumatische Zylinder-Kolbenanordnungen (57) betätigbaren Klappen (56) bestehen.
5: Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur vertikalen Verschiebung des Trägers (33) für den Fa.ll, daß die Vorrichtung an einem Karussel montiert ist, aus einem Arm (46) bestehen, der relativ zu dem Karussel eine diametrale Position einnimmt und um eine mit dem um die Säule (14) des Karussels drehbaren Rahmengestell (19) fest verbundene Achse (47) schwenkbar ist und dessen anderes Ende in eine Kehle (48) eingreift, die an der Peripherie der genannten Säule ausgebildet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkachse (38) zur gelenkigen Verbindung der beiden Pleuelhebel (37), welche die die Ansätze (36) tragenden Arme (34) miteinander verbinden, für den Fall, daß die Vorrichtung einem Karussel zugeordnet ist, an einem Ende eines Arms (49) montiert ist, der in einer diametralen Ebene des Karussels angeordnet und um eine horizontal Achse (50) an dem Gestell (19) angelenkt ist, das um die zentrale Säule (14) des Karussels drehbar ist, wobei das andere Ende des Arms (49) in eine Kehle (52) eingreift, die an der Peripherie der genannten Säule ausgebildet ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Fall, daß sie einem Karussel zugeordnet ist, die Mittel zur vertikalen Bewegung des Steges (44), der die beiden die Walzen (40) tragenden Pleuelhebel (42) miteinander verbindet, aus einem Arm bestehen, der mit einem Ende fest mit dem Steg (44) verbunden ist, (in 54) an dem sich um die feststehende Säule des Karussels drehenden Rahmengestell (19) angelenkt ist, und dessen anderes Ende in eine Kehle (55) eingreift, die an der Peripherie der Säule (14) ausgebildet ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel zum Herausziehen der Steigen durch den unteren Endbereich der Reihen von Rampen (29, 30, 32), die an einer feststehenden Station (B) wirksam sind, die Mittel (59) aufweist, die die fertigen Steigen nach dem Annähern der Ansätze (36) austragen.
