Description

The invention relates to a ladder arrangement with extendable ladder parts, in particular a fire ladder, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Known extendable ladder arrangements, in particular fire ladder ladders, have individual extendable ladder parts with a lower chord and lateral upper chords that can be used as a handrail. The rungs are in the lower flange. In the non-extended state of the conductor arrangement, the individual conductor parts are arranged one inside the other, the base conductor part enclosing all other conductor parts in cross-section and the first conductor part assigned to the tip of the conductor located at the innermost position (see, inter alia, DE-OS 33 26 644, DE-PS 955 380, DE-OS 32 32 299). Such a ladder set with its U-shaped cross-sectional profile in all conductor parts has only moderate torsional rigidity. The first ladder section in particular is subject to very large angles of twist due to its low overall height when subjected to lateral loads, for example when accelerating or decelerating the rotary movement with a rescue cage or elevator attached to the ladder tip. Even with smaller work in the rescue cage, the reaction forces result in large angles of rotation of the first ladder part, which are undesirable during rescue maneuvers. People in the rescue cage or elevator find this very uncomfortable and feel quite insecure. To increase torsional rigidity, the rungs in the lower flange and the (diagonal) struts between the upper and lower flange are designed to be comparatively stable and, in particular, to increase torsional rigidity the two longitudinal side rails of the lower flange have a comparatively complicated profile. This results in a higher construction weight and higher manufacturing costs. Nevertheless is the torsional rigidity due to the overall open U-shaped cross-sectional profile of each of the conductor parts only moderately realized.

The object of the invention is to provide a ladder arrangement with extendable ladder parts of the type mentioned at the outset, which is of simple construction and in which, in particular, the first ladder part, which is poorly dimensioned in the prior art, is particularly torsion-resistant.

The object on which the invention is based is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. In particular, the first, ie: in the extended condition of the conductor arrangement uppermost or forwardmost conductor part in cross section of a closed lattice girder, wherein the Aufstie ssprossen g are attached to the upper flange. The invention therefore provides for the rungs in the first part no longer to be attached to the lower longitudinal spars, but in the transverse direction on the upper flange.

Despite the closed lattice girder profile, the invention fulfills the boundary conditions according to DIN 14701. The swing-out and fixable handrail on the top chord in the area of the rungs makes it easier to climb on and off the ladder. The handrail can be positioned manually with the aid of springs or pneumatically, hydraulically, electrically, from below or from above with respect to the first ladder part. An inwardly folded handrail is also possible, which can also be folded up in the form described above when climbing the first ladder part. At the cross-section of the spar can now the elements are omitted which have absorbed the torsional forces for the open cross-sectional profile of the first conductor part. For this, the bars are welded together horizontally with diagonal struts, thus closing the lattice girder. Another feature is the usability of the longitudinal bars as a water pipe. The torsion-resistant ladder set is designed so that it is also possible to operate the elevator with the handrail folded in. By optimizing the elements used, the weight of the first conductor part is increased only insignificantly, taking into account the weldability with the welding robot. The beginning and end of the first ladder section also provide intermediate or bridging rungs, around a rung. Transition from the adjacent ladder section, where the climbing rungs are attached to the lower chord, or. at the neighboring rescue cage. The invention fulfills the requirements for a lifting rescue device with regard to payload (for example a 3-man basket), which have risen sharply in recent years. It creates a safe feeling for people in the rescue cage and in the elevator thanks to significantly lower torsional movements and angles. The tip of the ladder is characterized by only slight vibrations. A particularly compact design results from the integrated water flow in the first ladder section in the longitudinal spars, which are comparatively simply profiled in cross-section. The high torsional stiffness or the large section modulus for the reaction forces is particularly advantageous in monitor mode.

  • Fig. 2 eine andere Leiteranordnung ähnlich der Fig. 1,
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawing; show it:
  • F ig. 1 shows a conductor arrangement according to the invention in a schematic cross section,
  • Fig. 2 shows another conductor arrangement similar to the Fi g . 1,
  • 3 shows the upper part of the conductor arrangement according to FIG. 2 in a schematic side view, and
  • Fig. 4 shows a detail of Fig. 2 in an enlarged view.

Das innerste bzw. erste Leiterteil (2) ist der Leiterspitze (19) zugeordnet und wird von den äußeren Leiterteilen (3) querschnittsmäßig vollständig umschlossen, wobei sämtliche Obergurte (5) in einer Ebene liegen.1 and 2 show a ladder arrangement (1) in the form of a fire brigade ladder with three ladder parts (2, 3) which have upper straps (5) and lower straps (4) and are telescopically inserted in the area of their lower straps (4) and are guided along on sliders /. The innermost or first conductor part (2) is assigned to the conductor tip (19) and is completely enclosed in cross section by the outer conductor parts (3), with all the top chords (5) lying in one plane.

The two outer ladder parts (3) are basically of the same construction and include asymmetrically profiled side rails (21) in the area of the lower chords (4), which are connected to each other by transverse ladder rungs (16), as well as differently profiled lateral struts in the area of the top chords (5) Longitudinal bars (20) connected to the profiled longitudinal bars (21) of the lower flange via diagonal struts (6) . (4) are firmly connected. The outer conductor parts (3) form an open U-shaped cross-sectional profile.

The tip of the conductor (19) associated with the first circuit part (2) has, in contrast to the other ladder parts (3) on a g e-connected cross-sectional profile. In particular, simply profiled lower longitudinal spars (23) are provided, which are connected to one another by diagonal struts (15). Longitudinal bars (23) and diagonal struts (6) of the first conductor part (2) correspond approximately to the other conductor parts (3), but are of comparatively small dimensions. Characteristic of the Er The invention is the cross-connection between the upper longitudinal spars (20) of the first ladder part (2) by arranging the rungs (7) in the upper flange (5). The climbing rungs (7) significantly increase the torsional rigidity of the first ladder part (2), supported by lower longitudinal bars (14) in the area of the longitudinal bars (23) or sheets of the lower flange. The longitudinal bars (14) have a closed square profile and are arranged in portrait format. Due to the closed square profile of the longitudinal spars (14), they can be used as water pipes in the area of the first ladder part (2).

In the case of an extended ladder arrangement (1) with ladder parts (2 and 3) pushed out, an operator initially uses the lower ladder rungs (16) of the ladder parts (3) and in the region of the first ladder part (2) the upper ladder rungs (7). In order to create a transition between the lower cross rungs (16) and the upper ascending rungs (7), bridging rungs (8) are located on the associated lateral diagonal struts (6) at the longitudinal end of the first ladder part (2) between the upper chord (5) and lower chord (4). , as can be seen in detail in FIG. 3.

On the top chord (5) of the first ladder part (2) there are also two lateral swivel straps (10) which serve as a handrail for a user in the swiveled-up position, as can also be seen in detail in FIG. 1 has connecting struts (24), the pivot axis (11) of which run parallel to the upper longitudinal spars (20), and consequently a strap (10) between a retracted position essentially parallel to the ascending rungs (7) according to arrow A of FIG. 1 and the substantially vertical handrail position. In contrast, the connecting struts (24) of the belt (10) according to FIG. 3 have pivot axes (12) which ver in the direction of the steps (7) run, therefore the belt (10) in the manner of a parallelogram according to arrow B in the longitudinal direction of the first conductor part (2) can be pivoted, specifically because of a power drive (13), for example a piston-cylinder arrangement in a hydraulically operated unit, the is articulated between connecting struts (24) and the base of the first conductor part (2). The power drive (13) can have a damping device. In an alternative embodiment, the pivoting of the handrail can also be carried out by hand supported by springs. A lock (18) is also expediently provided, which secures the end positions of the belt (10).

3).According to FIG. 2 it is shown that the present invention is suitable even when the ladder arrangement (1) is operated with an elevator (9) despite the existing belting (10). The elevator (9) runs with the belt (10) swung in, in each case on the upper aura (5) of the individual conductor parts (2 or 3).

Fig. 4).A strap (10) advantageously has connecting struts (24) with a height (h) Z 280 mm. The preferred clear width (b) between the swung-up straps (10) is at least 450 mm (cf. FIG. 4).

All of the new features mentioned in the description and / or shown in the drawing, individually or in a meaningful combination, are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.
