Claims (1)

1. Méthode de pré-chauffe de billettes, blooms ou brames, avant laminage (14), arrivant de l'entrepôt des charges froides (10), ou de la coulée continue (11), la méthode mettant en oeuvre un four de pré-chauffe (12) et un four de chauffe (13), les fours de pré-chauffe (12) et de chauffe (13) étant positionnés l'un à côté de l'autre et reliés de manière coordonnée, et par laquelle:
- le matériau (15) arrivant de l'entrepôt de charges froides (10) passe à travers le four de pré-chauffe (12) et le four de chauffe (13),
- le matériau (17) arrivant de la coulée continue (11), mais provisoirement bloqué à cause de travaux effectués sur le train de laminage (14), est entreposé provisoirement dans le four de pré-chauffe (12) et passe ensuite dans le four de chauffe (13), quand les travaux sont terminés et le laminage peut redémarrer,
- et le matériau (18) venant de la coulée continue (11) passe à travers le four de chauffe (13) avant d'atteindre le train de laminage (14) au cours d'un cycle normal,

la méthode étant caractérisée par le fait que les fours sont séparés et que le matériau (15-17) passe du four de pré-chauffe (12) au four de chauffe (13) par un déplacement axial.
